[Resolved] Sony — Very Pathetic - I am fed up Now | |
Hi,
I have purchase the sony Viao laptop on 6th Aug-2013 from sector 18 GIP mall from Home town and they don't have any information about the product and they sale me a faulty product now I am not getting any resolution and Home town guys not able to do any thing and misbehave me as well.
Problem:-
1- Hanging Problem even I have formatted the laptop 4 times
2- Mouse problem which is not working (Some time mouse Is not working)
even I have raise the complain to sony as well but they also not able to resolve my problem
now I want to replace this because I have pay and I will not use the faulty product.
when I visited the home town they are not giving the proper information and I am not able to use the product.
Also they have formatted my laptop without my information and I have lost all my data.
request you to please take the necessary action against them because they cant handle the customer very well and misbehave as well.
