[Resolved]  Country Vacations — Cancel and refund the amont paid by me

Hi, . I'm not satisfied with the membership from country vacations due to the bad reputation the company hold in consumer front, i like to strictly cancel my membership and refund the money back. The Company is not ready to cancel and refund money back. Below are the reference links which explains company bad reputation. To summarize: 1. I paid rs.2, 00, 000 for thirty years membership through hdfc credit card swiped in Axis edc machine. 2. I was informed that a welcome kit would be provided within 72 hours. Even after 5 days I am yet to receive even the receipt from the country vacation. 3.I was mentioned about rent and resale in the session and CV folks will help on the same but its contreversy with the contract document. 4.Membership amount paid is the deposit which will be returned in 2 years with 10 to 13 percent interest.(There is no such refund, if you go and ask them you will be asked to read the agreement saying Non-refundable) 5. Don't have to pay the AMC charges annually, Only in the case of availing a trip for that year you need to pay 8500/- (either you use it or not it is compulsory to pay the AMC cost for renewal) 6.Package contain 14 days where 7 days we could use and 7 days can be rented out in which we could get 12500/- deposits in our a/c. (As such there is only 7 days - no renting business) 7. Abroad airline cost 50% free (No air fair is free) 8. No charges of package tour - Pick up / Drop / Sight seeing / Room (After membership everything has cost associated, for the room they also collect utility charges which is not communicated) 9. All Clubs has facilities like swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games etc., (In Chennai out of 4 only one place has the facility which is far away from the city) 10.During the tour -Either give raw materials or provide food coupon of (600 per head) will be provided which is not mentioned in the contract document. 11. Medical Insurance of 6 lak (3 for each) is available, not available in the document. 12. Two documents signed on two different days explained below in Contract agreement invaild section. 13. I am surprised that despite the bad reputation this club has, distinguish banks such as axis and hdfc back are providing the edc (swiping) machine even there is already case registerd against the company. And how does hdfc offers insurance product for a false company which was detailed in my induction session by CV sales person. 14. Dispute filed against card transaction in hdfc. 15. grievance case filed against hdfc and axis bank on the same. Hdfc ref : HBL=[protected] Axis ref: 9936653 The contract agreement is invalid : The bond signed on card swipe is for gold membership on Saturday (21st feb 2015) and since it was provided incorrectly by your marketing agent they asked me to sign other bond for platinum membership on Monday (23rd Feb 2015). Only the first 100 rs bond paper is unchanged. At that time I asked for refund where marketing guy refused and forced me to sign for platinum membership, having hope that customer will sign since his money is already moved to Country vacation. As per indian law first party and second party full name in the document which your bond doesnot hold You cannot put a contract before selling or buying a product and even after selling if the customer is not satisfied with the service he have the rights to get his money back, as of now i do not have membership so the contract document is invalid. Lastly original bond in my hand does not hold any signature from my end. Only the xerox I given to company hold sign given by me for me and my wife. All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA) group has to follow certain guidelines and one of these concerns cooling-off period. This website's link as a proof that if tomorrow customer wakes up and decides that he no longer wants to be a member, he will get complete refund – provided cancellation request is made within the stipulated cooling-off period. If the agreement is revoked by the buyer, the seller is committed to refund all payments made and return share certificates, title deeds or other documents handed over during signing up of sales agreement.
