On 20.1.2015i made online fee payment for mpsc state service exam fee
Rs519/- through my state bank Debit card. My transaction was failed with error
"Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please
contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment
is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what
should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

I am also a sufferer. I was trying to make a payment of Rs 50 as Exam Fee to National Insurance, to which my sister is appearing.
But the payment did not materialise. it has been the case for last 3 days. I called up Billdesk. They listened to my complaint and then gave me email towards the support [protected]@billdesk.com.
I mailed them my complaint too.
Nothing has happened since.
The last day for application is end of this month.
I have checked with my bank and have made other transactions through my debit card. But THIS payment, through Billdesk, is getting stuck again and again.

I have booked ticket on 18th february around 7:45p.m, from kumbakonam to chennai my journey date 22nd february at 22:45PM. on 14/3/2014 i made a payement for eamcet online application for telangana eamcet 2015. on this website i used to apply eamcet telangana for RS 252 for first time then it showed that error has occured and balance 252 RS/- was cancelled but i didn't understand that and i tried to do it for 2nd time then also it showed like above finally 504 rs was cancelled . so immediatetly respond to my message because my parents was shouting me.so please respond for this or send payement reference id, transoction id immediately
