mera a/c no.[protected] ye hai. Es account se online LIC payment date 27 March 2015 ko 11:28:53 AM baje kiya tha. Rs.9008 amount ka payment kiya tha. Account se debit hua par uske recite mile nahi aur payment be nahi hua fir be account se Rs.9008 ka debit hua hai. payment ka uninor no. 1877 hai. THANK YOU...

I was booking a st ticket from msrtc site. At the time of payment, I gave all details of my SBI debit card. The money(Rs. 562/-) got deducted from my account as I got the SMS from SBI to my registered mobile number. But when I clicked on My ticket link, I could see that there was no ticket available. Even I checked in my E-mail Id, there was no ticket. So It's my request to you to refund my amount back to my account. Or please inform me what should I do?
