I have purchased a pair of eyeglasses from akshat opticals of crizal brand on his recommendation, at the time of purchasing he said it is the best lens antiglare and made of fiber so doesn't get break and scratches and all, but he knew very well that the glass were broken near the joints, i collected my glasses by making a payment of RS2300 cash, but after 1 day, in morning when i was going to wear it, the glass get broke near the joints, i called him immideately so he said ok show it me in evening, later he started arguing that he will not going to replace, and he cheated on me
he had given me already cracked pair of crizal eyeglasses and also he said it is a fiber glass it will not get break and it is of superior quality, but he is a dishonest shopkeeper .
It is a request to consumer forum please take action against him and givee me my money back

Dear Tata,
Your team is telling that you guy need 7 working day / 48 working Hr, i feel you people don't even keep track of customer support and follow up
eyeglass is some thing an important part of life and you people are playing with it
Duplicate things are not at all excepted with brand like titan ( i am buying lot of things from titan since my childhood i eat tata salt and now i use to by tanishq gold you can see you data if your really keep the track)
Money is not important the faith do play with it Indians are having only few to proud and tata is one of those but now it seems they are also started cheating with with there own country Mans .
