[Resolved]  Croma — Air conditioner not working

I purchased a Croma air conditioner in May 2024, along with an extended warranty. However, it stopped working on May 22, 2025. I have filed a complaint both online and at the Croma store, but I still have not received a resolution. The technician who visited to check the unit was unable to identify the problem and ended up wasting time.

I believe Croma should refund me the entire amount I paid for this faulty air conditioner.
