(i)One QNED TV has booked one LG QNED Mini LED 164cm model 65QNED90T6A(307486) on 08.10.2024 with advance payment in Croma store Asansol of Rs.5000/- and full payment done on 13.10.2024 vide invoice no SLRSI 1243700. TV delivered on 14.10.2024. But during installation on 15.10.2024 about 2.00 PM it is found by the company service representative that table mounted stand is missing in the box. The table mounted stand is required for installation has already been informed to CROMA Asansol and also site visited by CROMA representative and for which the installation is delayed abnormally.
(ii)The advance payment of Rs.5000/- is also not adjusted against the original invoice and after informed to croma center Asansol that it will take some time to refund.
The representative is explained to the customer wrongly before selling and after selling they don't take any action.
Please take necessary action in this regard at the earliest.

    Delivery delayed

    Ordered a TV from Croma online(through tata neu). Expected delivery date at that time was 24/08 Ordered on 15/08

    30/05: got a reschedule message that the delivery will now be on 03/09

    03/09: rescheduled delivery on 05/09

    Meanwhile started raising concerns on Twitter and customer care. Apparently they are concerned that I'm dissatisfied and the team is working on it and will revert within 2-3hrs...

    Croma LED TV 43 Inches

    I have received bad quality product with order no :- TC[protected]. Now i want to return and the same is under return window . TATA croma is not taking it back . The same was mentioned on their website that it can be returned within 7 days . But now I am not getting appropriate response from them .

      But product is not working as mentioned.

      I Purchased a refrigerator from TATA Neu but it was delivered damaged even box was not opened. I complained many times online but I haven't received my refrigerator yet.       Lack of service visit during an extended warranty

      I was purchasing Samsung AC from Croma store on date 17th May, 2024.
      When I was purchasing AC salesperson talk about 5 Years comprehensive warranty also received warranty card with AC but when I was call about service Croma as well as Samsung they denied for warranty. they are only calling that your AC only have a 1 year warranty.

      Croma Showroom persons was also not answering.

      Crome only support till payment. after payment they don't care about customers.

        Ordered a Panasonic ac from Croma online(through tata neu). Expected delivery date at that time was 30/05. Ordered on 28/05.

        30/05: got a reschedule message that the delivery will now be on 31/05

        31/05: rescheduled delivery on 03/06

        Meanwhile started raising concerns on Twitter and customer care. Apparently they are concerned that I'm dissatisfied and the team is working on it and will revert within 24-48 hours.

        03/06: rescheduled delivery on 06/06

        06/06: no update nothing.
        Called customer service at least twice. They arranged a callback from their supervisor but nobody called me back.

        07/06: rescheduled delivery on 09/06.
        The most amazing thing that I learnt is that Croma offline store and online are completely separate entities. Went to a nearby offline store to address the issue and they asked me to call customer service which I've been doing for 4 days. They don't have information on the central warehouse in Mumbai which serves the online orders.

        Finally went to cancel the order and it's not letting me cancel as the status is showing packed and ready to ship since 28/05. No Invoice is generated yet.
        Have been on call with customer care since 1 hour and nobody seems to have access to cancel this at their end. They are asking me to reject doorstep delivery whenever that comes but cannot give me a date when the delivery will happen.
        Also, the customer care executive mentioned if you wanted an AC then you should have bought it from offline store. Online you'll face these issues.

        Completely fed up of the entire Croma ecosystem. Nobody is taking ownership of this and committing to a date.i understand that there are stock issues but at least give me a proper update on what's happening.
        I had uninstalled my window ac for exchange since 30/05 but now it's just sitting there for more than a week.

          MacBook not Delivered

          I had opted for same day delivery (with 99rs extra) for MacBook Air on 31st May 2024. However, I have not yet received the order or any response from Croma regarding the shipment. Their contact channels are all automated (& useless). I am highly dissatisfied by the lack of accountability with high high value orders....

          Product not provided as mentioned on website description

          Hi,
          I have purchased Symphony cooler from croma website.
          On website it is mentioned that it will cover 170 sq feet area and will throw Air until 40 feet.
          When I received cooler and checked it cover 16 sq feet area and it throw Air 5 feet only.
          Symphony technician checked and said it will cover only 16 sqft area.
          I have informed both croma and Symphony to connect me and return product but no one answering...

            complain for not providing extended warranty maintenance services

            Very disappointed to write the level of service I have received from Croma for the extended Annual maintenance service purchase I made in February 2022.

            I raised service request for all my 3 AC’s on 21.05.24 and inspite of chasing your customer care till date no technician has been assigned.

              I recently purchased an iPhone from Croma - Breach Candy. Later realised the name on the invoice is incorrect. I want to change this but Croma - Breach Candy denied. I need to claim the invoice to my employer, therefore, name change is needed. Only need to add my employer name before my name on the invoice. Everything else remains the same. This shouldn't be too hard. Kindly support.

                Dear team,
                I have purchased Haier refrigerator from your store and received delivery one week before, I am very disappointed with the service and regret to purchase from your company even being a Tata employee.
                I received defective equipment...The refrigerator is not at all cooling i informed Haier call centre the technician came and said fan was not working now that I have fixed it cooling will happen in 6hr... But it was of no use refrigerator still did not cool..
                Second time I raised complaint now the technician is saying their is gas leakage compressor is not working...
                I raised this issue to you team, they said complaint is raised and our technician will visit in 48 to 72 hrs just witness the issue . After that if it's due to your mistake you will have to pay charges or if it our mistake we will decide what action to take...
                What kind of solution is this.. i buy the product from you which is defective and more I am facing issue related to it...

                Can you guys stay without refrigerator at your home for even 1 singal day in this summer.. my all stuff is getting spoiled... I have small daughter for which I can't even store the milk...

                I simply don't want this product, I don't want repair in initial stages itself...either replace it immediately or return it...

                Me and my family is suffering a lot because of you...
