I bought an iPhone 13 in recent sale on Croma on 27th Sep. On their website, it was clearly mentioned that there is a cashback of Rs 10000 on one bank credit card. When i made the final payment, i noticed that discount was not applied and i was charged full amount.
I raised a service request with their help desk and called several times. I was promised that they need to check with their account team and cask back will be processed in next few days. however after 3 days, i received update that your request is closed and you are not eligible for discount. When i enquired again, they said they will check again with their account team. this process continued for 1 week. I even asked them, if it is not possible to refund, simply cancel my order as i don't want to pay for that much. After 2 week, i received the phone and they started saying return window is closed so product can not be returned while their account team kept saying you are not eligible for discount.
I escalated it to their grievance officer and nodel officer and every time got the same response - "Your ticket is resolved" without any actual solution.
My challenge is - Why it was not told to me on very first day that this offer was not valid. I would have cancelled the order. the offer was very clearly shown on their website but now they coming with all this story that it was not valid.
It seems to be wrong information published on their website and they are holding customer responsible for this, which is pathetic...
Now i feel cheated. Beware of Croma !! not a place to buy any electronics or do any shopping... their service is really pathetic... Was this information helpful? |
I raised 2 requests again and both closed without any resolution. Is this the way you treat to customer complaint? Closing their tickets without actual resolution?
Can i get some assistance as your support staff very clearly indicating why we should boycott buying from your store. You are no where close to flipkart/amazon while resolving your customer complaints. Probably the worst company in Tata Group.
