I visited croma outlet & bought Haier 630 Ltr refrigerator on 21 October 2022. I got appliance delivered on 22 October 2022 at 2 PM.

Order Id: SOA[protected]

Till now the installation was not done. No update about the installation. I have raised a concern through croma website & I have called the help support team of croma, but they do not have any information about it. I have called croma outlet but there is no response. Today is 27th October 2022. Till now there is no update about the installation.

    Hi Team,
    I have purchased Croma 32 inches LED TV on 25/Jan/2022. LED have 1 year of warranty.

    Now there is some issue with LED. There are white horizontal lines on the screen. I have complaint 5 to 6 times to Croma customer care about the issue, but they are not solving the problem. Just cancelling the ticket without any reasons.

      I purchased a BOSH W/M FL 8KG WAJ2846SIN SLV INV 5S from Croma Marathahalli, Bangalore on 20.10.2022. It was delivered on 21.10.2022 with exchange of old product and the store promised installation would be done within 48 hours of delivery. But still the installation is not done. More than 10 times I called customer care, they said we are escalating to the back end team and it will be installed within 24 hours. The next time I call, I will get the same response. Today they closed my ticket that I had raised on 21 and created a new one. When I called CC to reopen the old ticket, they said it was not possible. It looks like they have done it to save their SLAs. There is no escalation email or second level escalation to report. Please do the needful action.

        iam purchased a TV(Rs.26490) on web app of TATA NEU CROMA on 30.09.2022 it was delivered on 04.10.2022 they says including installation charges, but still installation not done, more than 10 times i called custmer care they are says every time give me 24Hrs, but no response. last ten days back i requested take back the item and rerun my money still that one also not done. please do needful action.

          I bought MacBook online from Croma and it used existing address as billing address and I couldn't change it, and when I asked Croma offline customer care they responded its ok to have different billing address and Gst company address and now I am stuck with not being able to claim my Gst amount as difference in billing address **Problem- I want to change my billing address on bill or ill have to return this product and rebuy it kindly help me out here and help me change billing address of my new product.

            This is to inform you that I had ordered an 3 product from Croma Store online with successful payment. Later due to late delivery i had cancelled the product on last month 22 July 2022. After that I had called to customer care & also mailed to Croma for refund but till now no response.
            I had not received refund of my cancelled order.(my order I'd is Order I'd 1.[protected],

            So, I humbly request you to please take necessary action for this type of misbehave with customers.

              I purchased a laptop from croma. So asked employee about price of laptop he told that it costs 97k. But after billing i checked bill and laptop was just of 92k and there was some unwanted schemes were added as extra charges such as screen protection plan worth 2999 which i really don't need and asked him to remove and regenerate that bill again.
              He he tried to trick and said his boss isn't allowing to remove that scheme where as i asked if he's not going to remove then replace that with accessories like keyboard mouse or some useful products which i needed that time
              But he added some extra charges for that as well and said to i have to take that screen protection plan.
              He refused to remove and he didn't let me talk to his boss.

                I recently purchased a laptop HP VICTUS 16 on 30/9/2022 from Croma store which is located in Model Town, Yamunanagar. However, I'm facing lots of issues with my laptop like excessive heating, keyboard is not working properly, sometimes courser disappears from the screen, i don't have any access to the window security system and many more.
                I have complained to the store manager 4-5 times but still there respone is not satisfying. Whenever i visited the store i have to wait for 2-3 hours but still i didn't get any solution of my problem and not even from the service center of the store.
                Since, the store manager expressed inability to replace my laptop which is still in warranty. Here, I am enclosing all the relevant details about my product including copies of the receipt/bills
                I request your office to replace my laptop with a new one.

                  I have purchased one plu Tv on 9th Oct and installation guy came after 2 days and he found remote not working and Bluetooth pairing issues. I raised return and refund but Croma team were not ready and said technician will visit and cross verify only then they will take for return. After 2 days again installation guy came and said the same but not initiate for replace nor return since he was not aware what all happened. Even after my explanation he said it's not it work. After several complaints to CUSTOMER SUPPORT later they have sent a repair service guy and he said he need to open the TV part (###) for which I didn't agree. Even now Croma has not arranged a technician visit. I am fed of Croma CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Croma has very poor service SUPPORT. And i will never recommend to any one. Please HELP out to refund my money

                    I purchased a Dell Vostro 5620 laptop on 15/08/22, and it was supposed to be delivered within 10days after 10days I was informed by croma staff that they are unable to process the delivery as it's out of stock. Payment was made full thru finance from hdfc. Croma cancelled my order and now not processing my refund as a result one emi of ₹8066/ already debited from my account. After two months of purchase I'm suffering with these problems. I have to pay emi's without having any product in my hand. Dead investment of my money due to inefficiency of croma staff. Very very poor service of croma karelibaug Vadodara Gujarat.

                      I bought a smart watch from croma, but the features mentioned on the watch were incorrect, so I returned it... instead of a refund i got a credit note and a small receipt with thier stamp as "proof". Since that small hard copy looked like any other recipient after a few months it got thrown out. Now the are not acknowledging the credit note as i don't have a hard copy! How does it make sense I've credit note number, I'm using same account to buy everything but they're not ready to accept, it is a straight fraud!

                        I ordered two PS5 from Croma on around 22nd August and the delivery date for one unit was quoted as 7th Sept 2022 and another 9th Sept 2022. I spoke mANY TIMEs to the croma CUSTOMER CARE and they simply stated they did not have the stock, how the helll do you conduct business without stock and taking the entire amount in advance. If you had opened a pre-booking you should have just taken a token amount instead of the entire 43990 per piece from the CUSTOMER.

                        So I had to pay around 88000 rupees and then wait for over a month and deal with their rude and incompetent CUSTOMER service to just receive a response that they did not have any stock whereas there were croma staff in offline stores selling PS5 at a higher price and making 5k per unit as profit, these units were suppose to be delivered to us who placed an online order first. After waiting for almost 40 days I was convinced to cancel my order and in return the CUSTOMER service promised to give me an 3.3% of additional refund since that is the amount I would have to pay PAYTM to get the money out of my CREDit card(I purhcased via my CREDit card and already paid the bill, so if they refunded the amount to my CREDit card it would have been surplus and I would have to take it out in order to use it).

                        I agreed and canceled the order, after that I receive a call that I would be only getting a 1500 rs reimbursement and a 1000rs croma gift voucher to which I again agreed since I was trapped. They issued a 1000rs gift card but never reimburse 1500rs as promised, they went back on their word, very ### CUSTOMER service. First they make you wait for 40 days for the product and then ask you to cancel it.

                        The same happened for Apple 14 pro max and Apple iWatch ultra but I canceled it as soon as the delivery date passed because the promised delivery date was 16/18 Sept 2022 for the iPhone but they called and told that I will receive it by 18th Oct. They just make you order first and take their own sweet time to fulfill the order. Better buy from Vijay sales or Reliance digital.

                          I was trying to place an order on Tata Croma since last 4months and raised the complaint regarding this is on 28th on croma platform that whenever I’m trying to place an order it is directly showing payment in pending and later it will say unsuccessful, As I was using TataNeu coins with credit card offer and got confirmation form the customer and escalation department executive saying that you can place an order by combining the offer but after wasting and talking to 21customer executives and now on 19th of October they’re saying you can’t combine both the offer this is their resolution of my issue which I was facing and wasted my time.

                            I purchased a Panasonic microwave in September 2021 from Croma China park, Kolkata as suggested by salesperson to go for Panasonic brand. Oct 22 the microwave malfunctioned and both the transformer and capacitor got issued . Though I had the EW (extended warranty) from on-site go suggested by CROMA but they rejected to repair the microwave stating that it got damaged and CROMA doesn't cover . It's so ridiculous that while purchasing CROMA salesperson insist to to take Panasonic and given EW for the product and now they are neglecting.

                              I did not receive 6000 cashback which was supposed to be received within 6 months of my purchase. It was a debit card cashback offer, I purchased a MacBook M1 on 30th December 2021 at Croma, Prozone mall, Aurangabad.                                 We purchased 2 Bajaj geysers on 9th October'22 . But till date our geysers are uninstalled and we have called at croma for more than 10 times regarding the same. Today is 19th October but we have not received anything information regarding our complaint. No one from service center has visited our house for installation.

                                This is really surprising that without resolving the issue, croma is sending messages that they have resolved the issue.

                                        I have placed an order no.[protected] online with date of delivery committed of 10th October 2022, However I have not received the product yet, I have reached out to Croma daily basis for which they just reply that we will address complain within 24 to 48 hours. Today, I was told that the product is out of stock so you have only 2 option to cancel the product or wait till the time they would receive new stock for which they do not have...
