Actually I have ordered iPhone 14 plus through Tata neu app for payment I have selected multiple options Tata Qik Emi Card, Paytm debit card. Transaction done on 5th November, still I didn't receive any refund I'm daily complaining ant raising request nothing is working.

    My complaint regarding I purchase product from pune wagholi croma store samsung refredigartor on 30th OCt-22 at that time delivery was on 6th Nov-22 they given.

    even after 12 days still My product not deilvered number of times I asked customer care to give me answere and given contact number of store manager but they do not provide me.

    I personally visited two time store 15 km away but still they not commited delivery date exactly and now they told me to cancelled your order .

      Hi

      I bought the washing machine from Croma.com on 20-Oct which stopped working around 27 Oct 2022. After inspection and all, they agreed to Refund the amount and issued the e-Gift card on 9th Nov 2022.

      I have sent many email to them and requested to their customer care that, I don't need e-Gift card rather they should refund the amount in my Bank account.

      By issuing the e-Gift card, they are compelling me to buy the product from their store only. First time I bought 3 products and all turned out to be faulty. Hence no more trust on TATA Croma.

      I request Croma to cancel the e-Gift card and refund in my bank account so that I can buy from somewhere else.

        I have purchased a HP laptop costing Rupees 47430 on 28 September Which was delivered on 2 October . I saw voilet backlit keyboard and ordered it but when they sent me the product it had white keyboard I which i immediately reported within 48 hours i.e on 4 Oct . It's been more then a month and they are continuously procrastinating it, but doing nothing . Plz help

          I bought 4 products from croma on the day of diwali, the saleswoman was so unprofessional that she would fake compliment about samsung so that customer ends up buying samsung product. She said a lot of things which I as a technical person felt that her exclamation about the products were wrong. Finally I got to know that she was a Samsung employee working in Croma. So before we got into the trouble, we had already decided what products we had to buy, but the saleswoman insisted and somehow managed to fool us and we ended up deciding on to purchase SAMSUNG 580L French convertible fridge of whomping Rs. 74k. She then tried fooling us on with air conditioners, but through her immense knowledge about the product I got to know she is scamming us, and just trying to sell samsung products, then we bought 2 1.5ton Voltac split ACs and Apple Watch SE2. All billed for Rs. 1.5L.
          At billing they scammed and promised us that the fridge is out of stock, we questioned why did you then sell the fridge to us? They said it’s diwali time hence products are out of stock, we agreed to this with a promise from them including their higher authorities present in the store that they would deliver us the SAMSUNG fridge within a week. Later after billing they said it will take a little more time but surely trust Croma we will deliver it within 10-15 days. Now it has been more than 15 days and they are not delivering the product because it’s still not available. The bill of all the products have been submitted for reimbursement with my office company. What do I do? My company will think I’m a scammer, I scammed them with this non existing fridge. I even took the insurance based on the bill which I got from Croma. No body from Croma picks up my phone nobody responses back. It feels I’m stuck and been scammed by Croma. The higher authorities who promised now say “we need to cancel your bill as we can’t show in our entries that a customer’s product is still undelivered even after 15 days because it is a very long time”. Customer is scammed their bill is done my money gone.

            I had purchased Vivo v21 5g from croma online and returned the product as it was defective. Neither croma gave refund nor replacement. It's been 2 months i am just following up with their online team. My order no. is[protected]... They just don't have any info on my order and say it's cancelled. So where is the refund ???

              I bought an iPhone 13 in recent sale on Croma on 27th Sep. On their website, it was clearly mentioned that there is a cashback of Rs 10000 on one bank credit card. When i made the final payment, i noticed that discount was not applied and i was charged full amount.

                I have purchased a mobile phone from croma online Vivo v21 5g 8gb 256gb via my credit card. The product has been returned due to some issue in mobile.                   I purchased a ssd from Croma store and I paid online amount and I have to pick product then the Croma executive tell me to cancel it purchase new now I we forgot to mention gst in that bill and after generating bill I told executive to revise it with updated GST number but he refuse to do it.                     I have purchased apple iPad 9th generation 64 gb from croma within 7 days theres a single hairline crack on screen if it would have fallen down there would be a web on screen all edges would have damaged all edges is undamaged and screen is also in working condition I have purchased it for for 23000 they send me repair coatation of 24000 approx. Apple service center has replaced many such cases but croma executive is not ready for replacement and he blames us i want replacement of that product.

                      I visited the store after one hour of placing the order for a play station5 digital edition. The executive collected my photo id and said he will bring the order. Then the manager came saying that there is no stock and that he sold the same item to another customer after my order. The order is neither cancelled and they are not even giving the product on visit to store.
                      I said if the item is out of stock it should be automatically cancelled from croma but the manager insisted me to manually cancel the order, but I didn't, order is still placed and he is not giving it to me.

                          I recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro 256 GB, Black, from croma retail online in my company name located in Rajasthan. I gave them my gst number for billing, in the space mentioned on the website before the payment page. Despite giving the GST number and company name, they have issued an invoice in my personal name. I had requested an appropriate bill from the company before buying the product worth One Lac Thirty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred rupees. My ca also told that this bill cannot be accepted. I emailed croma again and raised several complaints. They keep telling me that nothing can be done and close the complaint with resolution. Instead they blamed the government for making such complicated system. I immediately emailed them after seeing the invoice and i am still following with those who give deaf year and are totally irresponsible for their duties towards customers. Their purpose is to do billing by hook or by crook. They only get you into a circle of calling customer care, mails and no resolution.

                          This is a very serious issue to be addressed. Such retailers should not be allowed to continue in market who take liberty to cheat their customers at the cost of their negligence. I have attached the bill for reference. It was really a very bad experience with croma and i would never hesitate to put my words to my nearest consumer court and social media if my problems are not addressed with the utmost interest.

                          If rebilling cannot be done then i would demand a return and refund of the product as i am unnecessarily suffering loss on this product.

                          Hope you understand the seriousness of the problem addressed hereby.

                            I visited your store on the 3rd of Nov at vivira mall in navallur chennai, i chose an Iron box manufactured by Philips. The store assistant manager Mr Praveen refused to sell the said iron box because I did not provide a mobile number . Is it croma policy not to sell products if the customer does not provide mobile numbers ( due to person reasons) ? . If so why was it not mentioned at the point of entry.                                   But still there is no update on the same, and now the customer care person is saying We take 8 to 10 days to resolve the request, if so, then why do you sell such pathetic plans to consumer just to get extra penny our of our pocket???

                                  This is not expected from TATA GROUP atleast!!!

                                  Hope atleast my email get addressed on time... if consumer is raising request, its requires immediate attention, else dont sell such plans ...
