I recently purchased a laptoutletop HP VICTUS 16 on 30/9/2022 from Croma store which is located in Model Town, Yamunanagar. However, I'm facing lots of issues with my laptop like excessive heating, keyboard is not working properly, sometimes courser disappears from the screen, i don't have any access to the window security system and many more.
I have complained to the store manager 4-5 times but still there respone is not satisfying. Whenever i visited the store i have to wait for 2-3 hours but still i didn't get any solution of my problem and not even from the service center of the store.
Since, the store manager expressed inability to replace my laptop which is still in warranty. Here, I am enclosing all the relevant details about my product including copies of the receipt/bills. I do work on it every day and I'm getting in heavy loss every day and my family is not that rich that they can buy me a new one. If still I'll not get solution of my problem I'll make a video and post it on Twitter and Facebook.
I request your office to replace my laptop with a new one.
