To our sheer disappointment the product is malfunctioned and not working at par ...we have lodged complaint and the service engineer has changed some part of the refrigerator related to cooling unit, within few months...

We purchased Croma 1.5 ton AC vide Invoice No. SLECI4425557 Dated: 28/5/2025 at our Rajkot office.
The delivered piece was faulty and was making a lot of noise. We made several complaints regarding the same and finally on 27th June the replacement was approved.
