Croma (Infiniti Retail Ltd.) has sold a defective television from Samsung brand. Despite multiple complaints and service person visit the problem has not got addressed. Infact the service person has not been able to identify problem and each time a different reason is suggested for the problem. It seems the product is inherently defective and both Croma as well as Samsung are not willing to accept and acknowledge this. They have been trying...

I am extremely frustrated with the pathetic service provided by Blue Dart regarding my order of Redmi Buds 5A placed on 30th August, with an expected delivery date of 3rd September. Even after the promised date, the product has not been delivered. On contacting customer care, I was assured that the delivery would be done within 96 hours, but that commitment has also failed. Today, while tracking my shipment live, I saw the delivery agent...

On 21 August 2025, I visited the Croma Store in Infinity Mall, Malad and while I was enquiring about Smartphone Offers, I was coaxed into buying a Realme Smartphone bearing the Model GT 7 Ashton Martin Limited Edition. I ended up buying the Phone half-heartedly as they tricked me into believing that the Model was in high demand and they have somehow managed to arrange the Phone from a different outlet. I was also made to believe that the...
