I purchased a 1.5-ton Daikin AC 3-star model (Model No - ATKL50UV16UA) from an online Croma store on 28th May 2025.

And AC was delivered on 29th May, 2025. But the store has delivered a different model ID number - RKL50UV16VA outdoor unit.

So I have raised this issue on the same day of delivery i. e. on 29th May for changing the outdoor unit on customer care number.

I bought Samsung refrigerator from chrome on 21.5.2024. Samsung refrigerator compressor broke down on 2.05.2025. I have requested repairs from Chrome several times, emailed and even posted on X, but nothing has been done from their side.

I have booked my Washing Machine( which i was really expecting ASAP ), 11th April where tracker is Updating by saying will be delivered 14th April . On 14th April 6:08 Pm i received a message its Out of deliver will be delivered by 9PM On the same day . After few minutes Received 1 more message Delivery has been rescheduled to 17th of April without mentioning any reason .
