I order a adapter Boompods Type A 2-Port Charger (Adapter OnlyBlack) on croma only which cost Rs.400 when i recived the product it was defective and it is so sticky such that i sticks with my hand and the padakaging was too old so immediatelly i requested refund and they came on the next day and got the product from me which was happened 5th Aug 2025 and they called me and stated that you will recieve amount within 5 to days but till now...

I ordered a mobile phone worth ₹19, 999 from Croma via the Tata Neu platform, opting for EMI payment through my credit card.

Order confirmed and dispatched – tracking ID provided via Blue Dart.

After 12 days of no delivery, I contacted Croma and was told the order was put on hold at the merchant’s request. Blue Dart confirmed the same.

I ordered a TWS (earbuds) from Croma's official website after reading some seemingly positive reviews. I made the payment via UPI and a ₹500 gift voucher, totaling ₹799. However, after doing further research through external sources, I found that the product actually had very poor reviews, so I immediately cancelled the order.

According to Croma’s policy, the refund should be processed within 7 business days....

I purchased a washing machine from Croma New Town, Kolkata after confirming with the salesman (Mr. Somnath) that it had WiFi. But after delivery, I found it does not support WiFi. I’ve been following up for 15+ days with no proper resolution. Instead of correcting their mistake, the store tried to offer me a ₹1000 gift voucher to stay quiet — which is insulting. This is a clear case of mis-selling, cheating, and mental harassment....

We purchased Croma 1.5 ton AC vide Invoice No. SLECI4425557 Dated: 28/5/2025 at our Rajkot office.
The delivered piece was faulty and was making a lot of noise. We made several complaints regarding the same and finally on 27th June the replacement was approved.
The faulty AC was picked up and credit note No. RIE004ECI126312 dated 25/6/2025 was issued.
Today its 16th July almost 2 months from the date of our purchase...

I tried placing Mixer grinder the first transaction failed but money was deducted from my card.I called the customer care asking for the status and assistance for the same.All three times Its said I will get a call maximum within 24 hrs. about the same, but I have received no calls/mails/etc.
Neither have they confirmed that the money is there stuck or when can I expect it.
I will have to pay the credit card bill with interest...
