[Resolved]  Croma — Cancel order but not received refund worst experience

I place order croma 1.5 ton ac on 5 July and i will cancel my order 8 July because lowest price available so my order will be cancelled return to seller 18 July return received. But refund not received i called customer service he says your complent forward to finance team he contact with in 24 hour no any called received after 5 days i call he also se call forwarding but response received please provide my refund quickly creat headache per day my amount 32999₹ and my contact no [protected]croma
