I recently brought an AC Hitachi Kiyora 5100X 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper Condenser, RSRG518HEEA, White) from chroma's online website for about 43, 990 and the product is delivered on July 4th with a defect which causes it to produce an insane amount of noise for an ac and I am trying to return this product on their website but I can't do such as the after filling the product return form the next site is just a loading screen.
I just want to return this product now and get my money back.

The company reached me and appointed a reversed pickup of my product. After some day the product was picked up and 3 days after that I got my refund back. Email to which I was contacted from : [email protected]

    I purchased a mobile by paying ₹8945 on 23rd of May 2022. The transaction was successful, however, they didn’t deliver my product. I requested a refund but they are just telling me that they are working on it. It’s been more than 45 days they are telling me the same thing

      As i am switching on the tv its just showing smart tv logo on the screen and in 10 second the tv is turning off. The tv is turning black in few seconds.

        My name is navjot and few months back i bought sony led… from croma and highly disappointed with croma select city walk saket new delhi..and i wont be able to trust this brand anymore. I felt cheated they gave me defective piece twice even after replacement … the service is poor.. iam actually facing harassment from the day one i bought this led from croma…i have spent my hard earned money. Is this the way croma handle their customers ?
        I mean i have been mailing the grievance office again and again because the store was not listening and they have Unprofessional behavior and i thought to mail my concern to the senior but its still not going anywhere, what reply i get from the senior officer that i have personally escalate this issue to the relevant team on priority basis but no proper response ..every time i get the same reply from grievance officer even after mailing the grievance officer again and again. I just got one call from sony and they said that we cannot replace your tv we can only repair it, i would i go for repair ? Its a brand new tv and it has a manufacturing defect i have spent almost 1 lakh rupees and they are saying we can only repair.
        This is how they deal with their customers, If they were responsible the problem should have solved till now but i guess croma is not ready to take the responsibility for the defective tv they sold to me.

        No satisfactory reply even from the grievance officer from croma, he told me that product is repairable. I mean this os height o[censored]nprofessionalism after sending so many emails to the grievance officer including the videos which clearly shows that its a manufacturing defect he replied and said that this brand new tv is repairable . Instead of taking any action on the croma store select city walk for their misbehavior and bad customer handling and selling defective products these people are covering up their mistakes..i wont let it go like this..i will surely contact the higher authorities for the same. I have spent 100000 for this

          I bought iPhone 12 from Croma on 3rd July 2022 (Order ID: SOA[protected], after switching on the mobile I came to know that the phone has some issue with the display, due to which it has very low brightness. I raised the return request (SR[protected]) on 4th July 2022 soon after knowing this while requesting it was mentioned that I will get a solution within 24 hours so I waited but I haven't got any update from the Croma team then I made several calls to the customer care team, every time they were raising a new complaint and was asking me to wait for 24 hours. I finally got a call from them after several calls and now they are saying that they will send the device to a service center for repair. I have paid for a new device and not a repaired device so I have requested a refund but it has been more than 72 hours and whenever I am calling their customer care number I get the same reply "Sir resolution will be provided within 24 hours". Please help me in getting my hard earn money from them. The latest complaint ID is SR ID : SR[protected] which was raised on 5th July 2022.

            Hi,
            I am writing after my brief conversation with the customer care executive. Let me first explain my issue in order for you to capture it well. On the 19th of June I had purchased an iPhone from Croma online. The listed price at the time was 78990. There was this scheme ( attaching the picture) in which an hdfc credit card holder gets an instant discount of 4000 plus the option of no cost emi. So at the check out page after i put in my card details. It showed the amount to be paid in six instalment. This is how it looked at the check out page “ no cost emi 12498/ 6 months /no cost. If you calculate the emi amount it’s clear after deducting 4000 on the listed price of 78990 the balance amount of 74990 was divided into six equal instalment. Based on that I went ahead and approved the payment. My only regret is I didn’t take a screen shot of that page. But for your reference I can share how it looks when I tried to buy the same phone on a different listed price. But the process is the same. On the listed amount instant cash back is applied and the rest of the amount is divided into six equal emi. Coming back to my case. I don’t see any cash back nor no cost emi applied. You can check my account for further details. Instead a huge interest component is added and the price of the phone almost around 82000. I am also attaching some screen shot of the statement. Please look into and do the needful.

                Am Anandha Murugan N from Chennai.
                I went to Croma store on 19-June-22 to purchase a water purifier.
                It costs around Rs:18490

                I tried to purchase it via the voucher which I have but when the store representative, tried to redeem one of the vouchers worth Rs:5000, the system didn't respond.
                So when the store representative tried again but now the system shows that the voucher has been redeemed already but I am pretty sure the voucher has not been used anywhere

                So after the store manager told me that he will send a mail to concerned team to solve the issue and also he acknowledged that the issue happened because of technical glitch and later i have been told that he sent a mail on 21-Jun-22 regarding this issue

                After that he said there is no response from the concerned team.So he can't do anything. Am following him up almost for the past 3 weeks but nothing happened

                It has been almost 16 working days since but no one is there to solve the issue

                Can you please look into this matter to solve the issue?

                  I have ordered on 25th june airdopes of Rs.1399/- ( via GPAY) payment was successful. It was debited from my account but croma denied the same. Invoice was not generated after transaction made. My complain was registered on 25th june but it was closed yesterday i.e. on 5th july without resolved. I made many calls and raised chargeback from my bank but still I have not yet received any refund. Also complain close by them without solving. It was my first order and last one too.
                  This is worst experience.

                      Aqua guard blaze was bought from croma indiranagar Bangalore on 26th June. From the day of installation the filter is showing red alert intermittently. Raised complaint to aqua guard and their technician said that it's a faulty one and croma need to replace as it's under warranty. I tried contacting croma and they said they will get back to me. From last 3 days no response from them. From 3rd July it stopped working altogether.

                        I bought aqua guard blaze from croma indiranagar, Bangalore on 26th June. After installation ok day1 evening it started blinking red light. Raised a complaint and aqua guard technician came and sorted. But in few hours again it started showing red light. Next time when technician came, he said that it's a faulty piece and need replacement as it's in warranty.
                        I tried contacting croma (sharan) from the same branch. They said they will call me fro. Last 5 days but I have no response from them yet. Now they are not even responding to calls. It's a 29000/- filter. Is this how you support?

                          Hello,

                          I have been chasing Soham and Pritam from Croma Kalikapur for 20 days now. Still they are not sure what is going on with my refund.

                          My Credit card due date has reached and I will have to pay interest for the delay. I have multiple times tried to escalate with Croma Kalikapur but all the staff are unprofessional in the store and don't bother at all about customers. Today I will take this further to the consumer forum and post about the experience over social media.

                          I would also like to share that Croma escalation matrix does not exist it seems. I have tried to escalate to the store manager multiple times but it seems the staff there won't let me even speak to the store manager.

                          The frustration and trouble I have been through is much more than what I explained above. If someone is interested to respond I can explain further over the phone. Also the escalation is specific to the Croma Kalikapur and not other stores. I have purchased 2 more Iphones from Croma Green Chinar and I am satisfied with their service.

                          Someone needs to take strict actions against the staff who handled the case from Croma Kalikapur.

                            I placed an order apple AirPods Pro on Croma online and I cancelled it
                            But refund amount I haven’t got yet
                            I placed order on July 2nd and it’s July 5th I got a notification now saying requested for cancellation
                            Online customer not even responding they simply saying request escalated to back up team
                            Offline store manager said I have received any refund order and we are not responsible for online
                            Absolutely ridiculous response from Croma online
                            Atleast give a status of my refund

                              I had purchased Ipad on 4 th june 2022 through CROMA online and the mode of payment done by me was through my credit card with NO COST EMI for 6 months offer . In the bill also its clearly mentioned regarding NO COST EMI but till now they have not given any information regarding the same to my bank and the full amount has been cut through my credit card and my bank has told that till Croma doesn't send them the confirmation regarding NO COST EMI they cant do anything. Since 19 th june 2022 I am constantly calling and mailing CROMA regarding the same but they are not paying any heed to it and jus telling me that we have registered your complaint and we will resolve the issue within 24 hrs but till now that is 5 th july 2022 ( 16 days of lodging the complaint and calling them constantly ) they haven't done anything nor have I received any update regarding the same. Who will pay the FINE that is levied on me by my Bank ???? Because of your negligence and irresponsible behaviour I am facing problem since last 16 days but you all are not doing anything except for sending me the same mail again and again that we are working on your issue. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST BEHAVIOUR OF CROMA

                                  This is very unprofessional from your team, you have taken the order and now your representatives are calling from stores and telling me that they will not deliver the order to me. Why this mess, you are taking up order and now after the payment is made it is being told that the order cant be delivered to my location.
                                  This should be taken care while taking the order over website. Your store is forcing to cancel the order. So why should I cancel the order if the PIN code is under delivery.
                                  Kindly deliver the order. This is truly unprofessional. This is a sign of performing fraud .

                                  Never purchase a product from Croma.

                                    I have got Croma gift cards worth 15000/-. I could not use them due to Covid situation. When I visited the store today, looks like they got expired.                                       I have ordered Apple Macbook pro m1 pro from Croma Online. While placing order I have given GSTIN Number and then place order. But they send me Invoice without GST.

                                      My Product and purchase details are as follows

                                      I also raise SR ticket regarding this issue but I didn't get any positive response from Croma team. Ticket is still in Open status
