[Resolved]  Croma — case no. c[protected] repeated delays in delivery

We purchased Croma 1.5 ton AC vide Invoice No. SLECI4425557 Dated: 28/5/2025 at our Rajkot office.
The delivered piece was faulty and was making a lot of noise. We made several complaints regarding the same and finally on 27th June the replacement was approved.
The faulty AC was picked up and credit note No. RIE004ECI126312 dated 25/6/2025 was issued.
Today its 16th July almost 2 months from the date of our purchase and still there is no sign or replacement. We have suffered the heat of summer despite spending full amount for the AC.
We demand compensation of Rs. 500000/- for the inconvenience caused as well as the productivity loss apart from the replacement of AC on an immediate basis.
