Croma — Company not refunding the gift card amount

I placed an order with the Croma, but it was delayed and later cancelled by the company due to non-availability of stock. The company informed you that you would receive a full refund for the order, including the gift card amount that you had used. However, I have only received the refund for the card payment part, and your gift cards remain invalid. Despite multiple requests and assurances, the company has not refunded the gift card amount even after 7 days, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. I have requested the company to issue a refund for the gift card amount as soon as possible, but they have failed to do so. I am waiting to purchase an air conditioner with the refunded amount and am suffering in the heat due to the delay in refund processing
