Purchased online from Croma website a Croma TV (24 inch) on November 8. It was delivered on November 9th morning. At the time of online purchase, I had requested for installation and demo.

After delivery, I requested for installation and demo multiple times, but I was told I need to wait for 24 to 48 hours for installation.

About 3 days later, I got a call from Croma saying I need to pay for the installation...

iam purchased a TV(Rs.26490) on web app of TATA NEU CROMA on 30.09.2022 it was delivered on 04.10.2022 they says including installation charges, but still installation not done, more than 10 times i called custmer care they are says every time give me 24Hrs, but no response. last ten days back i requested take back the item and rerun my money still that one also not done. please do needful action....

LG 7 kg 5 Star Inverter Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (FHV1207ZWP, In-built Heater, Platinum Silver) was ordered on 25th OCt 2022. Product was delivered on 28th Oct 2022.

The LG installation guy visited on 29th Oct 2022 and found a dent in the body, also the front panel was coming out from the fitment. We placed the return request immediately on the CROMA portal.

Two weeks have been passed but...

Product has been delivered 5 days late than committed date. After the 48 hours of product delivery, still no one is ready to come and install the product. Even after raising complaints, still no action has been taken. Such a worst service by Croma company. They don't deserve to be in Online market if they cant meet the committed dates. Such a pathetic customer service....

I am writing this after raising complain several times on your customer care number and complaint not yet resolved. We are waiting for our geyser installation for past 1 month and nothing has been done.

This has made us think if we should really buy anything from you in future. Help resolve this asap else we will have to use social media to complaint about your services.

I have placed an order of iphone 14 plus on 5th November 2022 through Tata neu app and choosed store pickup due to unavailability of the product in the store, I have to cancel it, it's been 7th day I didn't receive any refund I have choosen multiple payment modes Tata Qik Emi Card, Tata Neu coins and Paytm debit card, I request you to please issue my refund I'm really frustrated.

My complaint regarding I purchase product from pune wagholi croma store samsung refredigartor on 30th OCt-22 at that time delivery was on 6th Nov-22 they given.

even after 12 days still My product not deilvered number of times I asked customer care to give me answere and given contact number of store manager but they do not provide me.

I bought the washing machine from Croma.com on 20-Oct which stopped working around 27 Oct 2022. After inspection and all, they agreed to Refund the amount and issued the e-Gift card on 9th Nov 2022.

I have sent many email to them and requested to their customer care that, I don't need e-Gift card rather they should refund the amount in my Bank account.
