Dear sir,
i bought lenovo laptop from chroma online store ( INFINITE RETAIL LIMITED ) they gave 7 days return option for it i returned it in chroma store on second day. They said that the battery drains very fast and overheats and hangs, so I took it to Chroma store and submitted it, they said they will refund your amount in 10 to 15 working days. Called today and Lenovo brand not accepting return So You want to come and take your product return, I don't agree to that please refund my amount.

    I bought a LIVPURE water purifier from croma nawpara ( near city centre 2, kolkata) on 29.01.2023.The purifier was financed by bajaj. The AMC cost was also financed by bajaj.But the salesperson Mr Sunoy misguided me regarding the AMC. He said they are providing the AMC with LIVPURE only. But later on I got to know that they have given me AMC of their group company which I did not want. The salesperson did a miss sell stating that we are providing AMC of LIVPURE only as you are buying purifier from our store.I am badly cheated. Now I want to cancel the finance of AMC part only.I approached them several times. They said they will get back to me. But they have not responded yet. Kindly cancel the AMC finance. I have attached the loan statement for your reference. My contact no - [protected]

      I ordered a split ac from the Croma website on Feb 18, 2023 and had to make the full payment of Rs. 43, 990 upfront. When I was ordering the product, the delivery date was being shown as Feb 20, 2023. One day after I placed the order, the delivery date was changed to February 22, 2022. On February 22, 2023, the product had not even been shipped, and I was unable to track the order because no real-time tracking information or the courier details are provided by Croma.

      I have been trying to follow up with Croma customer care to know the delivery status since February 20, 2023 and wrote several emails and made multiple calls since February 20, 2023; however, there are multiple requests created but no real action or explanation. In one of the requests raised, a call was made by Croma from the number[protected]; however, whoever made the call disconnected the call after a single ring on my phone. Later, I received an SMS from Croma saying that they were unable to reach me.

      When I checked the Croma website on the evening of February 22, 2023, the delivery date had again been changed to February 27, 2023.

      Croma's modus operandi seems to be to display all fast-moving items on the website regardless of whether a product is available in their inventory or not, make the customer pay upfront, not respond to any queries about the delivery status, not really show any tracking details in real time, let the customer cancel the order when they realize the scam because by then Croma has already kept the money for almost a week. Once the customer cancels the order, they are told that the order is in transit; this is despite the fact that the customer cancelled the order before the product was shipped. Please see an excerpt from an email sent to me by Croma Customer Support:

      "We would like to inform you that the order cancellation has been proceed (sic) and incase if delivery partner calls you simply deny him (sic) from taking the package, So once the product will reach our warehouse refund will be initiated from our end and it will reflect in your source account within 5\7 working days."

      Thus, Croma is effectively keeping large amounts of customer money for two weeks and more, without ever dispatching or delivering a product.

      I escalated the issue and told them on February 23, 2023 after cancelling the order that considering that no product was ever shipped by the original delivery date of February 20, 2023, Croma should process my refund immediately. However, the CEO's office was of no help either because I was again told that it takes 24-48 hours to cancel an order and that they can initiate a refund only after the product reaches their warehouse.

      It's actually a shame that a TATA enterprise engaging openly in such unethical business practices.

      My advice to all prospective buyers is to avoid Croma altogether, and, if that is not possible, buy only products that are available on COD.

        I was making a purchase on Croma(Infiniti retail) using Tata Neu HDFC credit card of Apple iPad 10th generation on 22nd February at 12:05AM, my transaction failed and the order was not placed but ₹37129.53 were debited from my credit card.

          Recently I purchased a product iPad pro from croma online store and that product price dropped to 76000 rupees, so is there any possibility to claim the drop-off amount.

          Product details : Apple iPad Pro 4th Generation Wi-Fi (11 Inch, 128GB, Space Grey, 2022 model).

            Company not refunding the gift card amount

            I placed an order with the Croma, but it was delayed and later cancelled by the company due to non-availability of stock. The company informed you that you would receive a full refund for the order, including the gift card amount that you had used. However, I have only received the refund for the card payment part, and your gift cards remain invalid. Despite multiple requests and assurances, the company has not refunded the gift card amount...

            they sold me a dead kuvings juicer and they are not ready to issue a new one now.

            Kuvings is worst company so dont buy anthing from frootle

              Hi Team,

              I purchased AC from Croma Retail and salesman insisted me to buy right away since prices would go up..I purchased on 13th Feb and next day prices went down.

              There is a difference of rs 1500

              I would need difference amount as product prices has been slashed in less than 15 days..The salesman kept on calling me saying prices would go up purchase soon

              This is cheating..I Would need full refund of the difference amount.

                Respected Sir,

                Today I purchased a Laptop from croma, But I am not satisfied about the packaging as there is no protection given for the laptop or for the screen. As I have seen that most of the companies gives a laptop bag for carrying the laptop. When I asked the manager of croma for the laptop bag he denied, and told us that the dell company doesn’t provide any laptop bag to the new purchaser. I wanted to confirm if this is true or a false information, if it is correct that your organization is not providing laptop bags then it is not recommendable to the new purchaser/friends/family.

                Being a student I haven’t got any discount or offer on the purchasing of the laptop as I have purchased it on EMI.

                  I've purchased washing machine yesterday. I've selected IFB washing machine from Amravati (Maharashtra) Retail store of Croma.

                  At the time of purchase, Croma executive told us that AC service(dry) is complementary along with washing machine. I refused to take this service. Executive told me that it is free of cost. At the time of payment, when I checked the invoice, they have charged me Rs. 699 extra for AC service(dry) which I did not asked for.

                  Please suggest what to do?

                  Also the IFB washing machine I have purchased shows the cost of Rs. 29990 on online site while they have charged me the invoicing of Rs. 30545.30 i.e they have charged me Rs. 555.30 extra.

                  Croma store has cheated me for total amount of Rs. 1254.30

                  Please resolve my issue and arrange refund on urgent basis.

                          Bought lenovo yoga laptop from croma store nashik oreder no SOA[protected] on 28/01/2023.
                          while checking the product found out issues with touch screen and asked for cancellation of purchase. store salesperson provided another laptop kept for display to customer. i refused to buy but he insisted to accept it no issues will come. if any problem arise they would provide refund with in 14 days of purchase.
                          he guaranteed. with in two days of purchase laptop started to malfunction, suddenly shutdown, hanged, over heating and battery drained quickly. informed the same to the store and gave laptop for checking on 5/02/2023. infront of me they reinstalled windows and kept for updating and laptop got heated and shutdown suddenly battery drained. i lost my data. after that when i asked for refund they said we have some procedures submit the laptop just give us one day we will resolve. from 5/02/2023 till 7/02/2023 i was going store no query addressed properly. still heating issues are there .
                          on the day of purchase my entire day wasted in the store.
                          sales person said today (8/02/2023) before 1pm they will call and update regarding the status. till now no response from the store. highly disappointed from Croma. i never expected this from such a trustworthy shop. selling defective products to customers making false promises. emotionally i'm hurt bought this laptop for my higher studies Ph.D. by trusting the words of sales person . Paid INR 74768 my hard earned money. got nothing but loss of time and hope.
                          it's not tolerable convincing the customer making false promises and selling opened box piece which kept for display.
                          please do the needful either refund the money or provide replacement.

                            Dear Team,

                            I had purchased "Fire-Bolt Ring 3 watch" from CROMA BANDRA WEST store having Order ID: SOA[protected] purchased on 11 August 2022.

                            I had called the croma customer care today and informed that the said watch is not working. The croma customer care had informed that the said watch is under warranty.

                            I had visited the below Andheri service centre of Fire-Bolt and they have informed that they cannot do anything for the watch. This watch is under warranty and still the service centre has denied taking any action and fixing the said watch.

                            I am highly disappointed that this issue is not resolved even though invoice is under warranty. Refer attached invoice wherein the watch is still under warranty.

                                Sir,
                                I have purchased croma fridge with one year company warranty and 3 years extended warranty and croma semi automatic washing machine with 2 year company warranty and 3 years extended on 2nd Feb 2023 from fort branch. I have purchased fridge at price of rs19990 + rs3478 3year extended warranty and for semi automatic washing machine at rs7490 + rs 1833 3 year extended warranty.
                                I was supposed to get delivered at our palghar factory by 4th Feb, 2023.
                                My total amt which I has to be charge was 32791.00 but instead of this amt I was charged 33802.00.
                                I had made neft payment on trusting croma employee without looking an invoice.
                                But after making payment I had to call them 3-4 tym to get invoice .after watching invoice I came to know that they had charged me 999 for AC servicing charges which I had never buyed or confirm. And also I had never buyed any air conditioner form croma so I don't understand why they have charged me 999rs.
                                My second issued:
                                I had been calling croma employee to gave me despatch details so that I can inform to the person incharge at my factory so that he make his necessary arrangements. Buy after calling 3-4 tyms and also chating on what'supp they were now gaving me poper information. I even called them today and asked them about information but croma employee told me that she is too waiting for information form der heads. And told her that this is not a good services and also told her that every thing sud be online so she sud easily get it and pass it opon me. But she told me she don't have any information. So I told her sud i call customer care and do complaint on this she told me to go ahead and do it.
                                So whom so ever looking after this complaint please look into this matter and get me my extra charge money back and also provide me about despatch details about my product.

                                    I had a great build up for Apple products, so recently I had purchased a new iPhone 13 from a popular seller called Croma in (Sion)Mumbai. I bought the phone on 23rd Jan 2023, just after 6 days on 30th Jan 2023, my Phone's display issue occurred, which is an manufacturing defect. So I have to submit my phone in Croma store. So they are providing me the solution of repair rather than replacement. I have also tried reaching Apple support, but it was of no use. I'm expecting a replacement as it is just 7 days old. But I haven't got any support from neither Apple support nor Croma store. Hence it is been sent to Ivenus not sure for replacement. Not expected such a support from Croma. I will never recommend any of the apple products or any products to anybody in my circle. I hope if they really had some better support.
