Hi Team I bought one AC with Brand name Croma and 5 year guarantee was given for PCB and 10 Years for Compressor. Now customer care saying its 5 years guarantee for PCB but service provider (Servify) saying its 1 year guarantee Service request no C[protected] Purchase date 17 Jan 2022. Verified Support Jul 17, 2025 Croma Customer Care's response As per our service team, the repair will be chargeable with estimated costs of ₹4, 500 (IDU PCB Replacement) and ₹650 (service charges).
