I have ordered croma 40cm sweep pedestal fan in croma website through online mode on 24th march 2023 and received the product with missing one important accesories which is guard nut.
I have raised a complaint for replacement order for my product croma pedestal fan via croma customer care number on 28th march 2023. Still they will not collect the fault product through return shipment, it was cancelled twice on 28th march and also on 02nd april 2023. I called croma customer care twice or thrice daily regarding the issue, but still the issue not fixed and i was really frustrated on purchasing the croma product. Very worst experience with croma brand.
Can some one escalate my issue at the earliest and get the replacement for the faulty product delivered by croma.
