    My bosch washing machine was in the fault of E 17 error
    The service team has sent an apprentice trainee for rectifying the error
    But he came and saw the he doesn't know what the errors occurred
    Then he said drum is out of focus for rectifying the repairing cost may be 10000
    I believed and gave 10000 to him
    The machine was taken for eyewash one week they kept in coimbatore crome service after one week they said all faults are rectified
    But the machine is returned as it was taken not rectified error
    The service team manager mobile number is [protected] is the fully responsible for the cheating
    Hoping eighter error maybe rectified nor cash maybe refunde

      I ordered 2 Split ACs from Croma and paid for it by my card, But within few minutes I realized I ordered a wrong model and cancelled it immediately and got messages regarding cancellation. Within few hours I got the message that Refund is completed and on the portal itself it was same status refund completed. But till now the amount is not reflecting in my account. I asked the Croma team for RRN(refund reference number) Or UTR number for refund to which they did not reply to my email. Order ID[protected]

      I want to lodge a complaint against this fraud.

        Hi, I have 5 croma gift cards with a total value of inr 16, 500. But my cards got expired and when I checked with the local croma store to re-activate my cards, they denied. The amount 16, 500 is a huge amount for me. Would you please help me in this regard?

          Hi Team,

          I had raised an order for a wrong model and completed the payment transaction using

          1. Two gift cards worth 2000 Rs.
          2. UPI payment of 599 Rs.

          Thought the UPI payment was credited back in my bank account. I haven't received any confirmation on Gift Card refund.

          When I try placing order with same Gift Card Id and Pin, I receive an error stating

          Gift card deactivated, zero balance.

          Can you please activate my Gift Card again so that I can place the order again.

            Hi i purchased a machine from croma online on 4 august 2022 and from the day the machine make a temendious noise a lot i reaise a complain serveral time but the not replace or not resolved my problem at all the server team uignore the call and manager also cut the call while talking and ignoring i get the worst experience from the croma i suggest everybody to not buy ant this from the store or online the pune team is worst and unsupportive

              I had purchased a LG refrigerator from Croma last year. I was forced to buy the extended warranty for 3 years stating that if anything goes wrong with the product a replacement will be done immediately if repair is not possible.

              Now, when there is a problem with the fridge upper door, which is a manufacturing error I am told that it does not come under the extended warranty plan and I am told all the conditions which was not stated at the time of selling me the plan. I am asked to pay additionally for the product inspite of me paying extra money at the time of purchase in the name of extended warranty and to be tension free for next 3 years with the product.

              Customers are fooled in Croma now just so that the agent can accomplish their target.

              Never expected that Croma will go down to such cheap tactics and will fool the customers at the time of purchase.

              I had forced my retired parents to buy it from Croma thinking it to be a geniune brand and not from any local shop and now I think it was a Big mistake .

              Its been one month now and I am suffering because of Croma fraud activities with their customers.

              I want to get the door replaced without any additional cost as I have already made extra payment at the time of purchase.

              If I would have been told any conditions at the time of purchase I would have never gone for extra payment for extended warranty and wasted my hard earn money.

              Croma simply fool their customers and then harass them by multiple calls stating same thing and not working to resolve it.

              Evertime a technical came stating different issues with the Fridge.

              Croma fails when it comes to customer service and satisfactions. Forget satisfaction they simple fool the customers and earn money.

                Hi I buy machine from Croma online on 6august2022 and after I started working the product it’s make a lot of noise I raise complain from 9 August 2022 onward and now it’s 2023 my problem is not resolved I asked for replacement but the team was ignoring the call and behaviour wrong with use i complain 10 time call a lot but no response I can’t trust the Croma support team at all the name or the manager is pankaj khedekar and he is ignoring call now when the problem is serious and not get any help from the backend team and I am getting frustrated from last 8/9 months

                      Item not delivered even after the promised delivery date

                      I placed a order for PS5 from croma on 10th March. Paid full amount of 45k inr.
                      I was provided with a promise date of 24th March. Till date I havent received my order.
                      If i ask about the refund, croma support says that I wouldnt get a full refund as they would deduct some amount with no fault of mine in this and a complete refund wont be given and writing to them from twitter they tell due to the surge of demand of the product...

                      Croma ticket number: C[protected]

                      I have made a purchase of jbl9.1 soundbar from Croma store on dated 7th march 2023 and got it installed. After 4 days i have noticed some issues in the soundbar like “ the soundbar is automatically getting turned ON which is not allowing rear speakers to charge. I have made several calls to Croma and JBL service center but the resolution provided by them was not 100% .

                      One of the technician visited my house and made a factory reset of soundbar that day i saw issue has been resolved. But from very next day the issue is getting repeated. I have contacted croma customer care and asked them to reopen my ticket. Later on no one is visiting my house to inspect the product. On daily basis i am chasing the customer support team but no resolution made by them.

                      I would request ASAP replacement/ refund of the product.

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered "mobile phone "Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G (6GB RAM, 128GB, Onyx Black)" on 14th March 2023 from online www.croma.com. Still did not receive it. I have made full payment online. Order id is Order ID:[protected].

                            During ordering, it was mentioned that i would receive the mobile phone on 15th March 202. But even after 9 days, i still did not receive me phone.

                            I have raised a ticket to Croma, but there is no use and remaining "in progress" status.

                            Very disappointed as every time they change the delivery date by 2 days. on 15th Mar, they changed delivery date to 17th Mar, on 17th Mar, they changed to 20th march, on 20th march they changed to 22md march, now they changed to 24th March. Now sure how many more time they are going to do this.

                              Please see the invoice in subject line. Though the item was purchased as per the invoice date which is 27 jan 2022, , the installation was done only on the Installation date - 11 4/2022 after my multiple call request. Now there is an L3 error showing. I see it only legal from my side to ask Croma to cover and repair the L3 error as it is not yet one year from the date of installation.
                              I have been a faithful Croma customer for decades. The customer service says they cannot enterian my request under guarantee. This is not fair. Kindly help to solve .

                                  i purchase my first laptop from your store and i also buy a platinum plan worth 3000/- rupees. and they are commited me all over the india they provide me home service all over the india . and i face fingerprint and camera relatedd issues and i also visit your store and your technician is not capable for solve my problem and he told me to go lenovo service center and i am go there but they told me if i buy laptop from croma so for the service purpose i can only visit croma stores . i wasted my full day to do for just small work and and of the day your croma is not solving my problem . i call coutomer executive and they are not answering my answers properly and also not providing me to home service and suggest me to visit croma store whayti already do . and now i am very angry about their services and they dosen"t provide me satisfied answer and solution . i will never by anything in my life from croma store if the discounts are avilable and i am suggesting everyone to just for the discount and other purpose don't buy anything from croma they are liears .

                                    I ordered a realme 8 on 12th march and the mobile was expected to arrive by 15th march. Its been 17th march and the product has not reached yet. Their customer care is not able to help. Its a horrible first time experience of croma.
