I purchase these gift cards from croma on 12/07/2023 .company deactivate these card on 12/07/2023. Now i want to use these cards but it shows deactivated .
I have attached screenshot plz find. It shows card deactivated. Plz see in matter. Now the intersting part. Compay say that gift card deactivate because of suspicious tag. I understand . They have now no solution .
let us assume if bank hold someone account due to suspicious tag then the person forgot about his/her money .croma thinks that. Wow great

Dear croma . If some suspicious tag in electronic gift card then verify and refund in source of account .
You don't want give my money . Say it clearly
