    hello Sir/Mam, i respect you and your team i have purchased hp laptop on 13 july 2022 from croma ratlam and from january 2023 i am getting problem in my laptop then i have visited croma store where there is a mam who see all problem and she use to sit in help desk her name is Gouri chouhan where first i was getting problem in my laptop screen and it is clearly hadware problem which can be solved easily and laptop is also in warrenty that time but she said that i will see it and then she told that we will fix and also told that we have raise complaint but this was fake and i also think that she has done but 3-4 days passed no technician has call me then i have only direct contaced hp then on the same day they have raise complaint and technician come and then after that problem are coming daily in my laptop and now also i have visited croma ratlam then also they are telling me that they have raised complaint and from 10-12 days she is telling me same thing and yesterday ihave call croma help center where they have told that there is no complaint raise by anyone and again that mam has repeated same thing so plz take strict action against her and also her name is gouri chouhan

      I have purchased one warer dispenser from croma. during checkout I fill the company gst no. but i received without GST no. Invoice when i raised the complaint to customer care there behaviour was very rude. with one punch line invoice revision is not possible in any condition. I mailed them multipal times but didn't get any proper response in invoice revision.

      Purchase invoice no. is SLEC3354840 dated 28/06/2023

      I am very disappointed with customer service executive behavior.

      Pls forword my consern to the senior management to lookinto this.

        Hi I logged the complaint on 11th June 2023.
        When I call to the customer service initially, they said that the issue will be resolved after 24-48 hours. But no luck and sent an email got reply that the issue is resolved in 10-15 days. But now almost 36 days completed. No issue resolved.

        All mentioned case was cancelled without resolve the issue and without intimation.

                    As you seen I had raised my complain on dated: 29/6/23 and as per you supervisor my complain was resolved within 48 hours...
                    Also as per croma msg my parts was received at your service station on dated: 1/7/23..till date no one was install the same..
                    Also your call centre supervisor are very rude and not given proper answers Also they disconnect my call...

                    I m very surprised How you allowed this misbehavior..

                      We have registered multiple complaints on the Croma portal and it’s get cancelled every 2days . Issue is not at all resolved for last 3 months and every week one technician gives one new information. All they care about is minting money from customer and not at all treating the problem . They give weird reasons like the cooling is not working due to stabiliser load . The stabiliser is also recommended and provided by Croma and they don’t have answer to it . No proper service at all..

                          I reside in 1536, first floor, Connaught Residency, sector 74 Mohali. Glad to know that your company is launching its new showroom in Connaught Plaza, Sector 74 a, Mohali. Your showroom's backside is sharing the rear part of my flat, and the new air conditioners installed by you on the backside are a cause for concern for me. The persistent noise from the outdoor units does not let me slope, and even my kids cannot study. Kindly shift the concerned units to the top of the building so that the noise gets reduced to some extent.

                            I bought this chimney a year back.
                            And since then I have been getting issues with this chimney. It's motherboard had issues, It has rusted within few months, autoclean stopped working and to be replaced by the company but after that nobody has responded to me. I have mailed faber and croma both alot and I got no response. They open tickets and close those tickets without the issue being resolved. ..
                            Chimney caught fire. I have been complaining about the chimney and asking for replacement since I bought it.

                            I haven't got any replacement or refund for the chimney.

                            Their site doesn't allow me to review the product I have bought to make others know the false information they are passing while selling items.

                              I purchased Hitachi Spilt AC on 29.05.22, there were problems since installation like leakage of water and leakage of cooling gas, etc. At the time of 3rd service in Mar'23 there was no gas in the AC. Again for the last 3-4 days, it is not cooling the room looks like there is an issue again with the AC. I made the complaint with CROMA customer care on 16.06.23 but to date, nobody visited to check the complaint. Yesterday I visited the CROMA center Greater Noida for the purchase of a new AC and also checked with the customer care executive about my complaint. He told me that your product is not under an extended warranty you have taken AMC for 1 year. It was very shocking to me that while I had taken the extended warranty, they have given me AMC. I did not check the invoice at the time of purchase this is my fault.
                              Kindly resolve the issue
                              1. Complaint should be attended on priority
                              2. Nobody will buy AMC with new AC purcahse, everybody will take the extended warranty.

                              AC is not throwing the cooling purchased on 29.05.2022. Taken extended warranty at the time of purchase but AMC is mentioned on the invoice. Complaint made on 16.06.23 but no resolution to date I have lost trust on CROMA despite regular customer Kindly resolve the issue

                                Today I went to croma store to buy a smart watch. I waited near the smart watch section for almost 30 mins no one addressed me. Then I got frustrated and asked the manager of anyone would entertain us or not. He said these are the watches you check by yourself and if you like you can buy. I asked if they would explain me about the specifications he said no!

                                  Hi there,
                                  I bought a Croma 240 l double door auto defrost fridge online and this got delivered to my address on 12th June 2023. Since then 4 days have passed and nobody came for the installation. We contacted customer support numerous times and got the same message like the back office is informed and someone would call you. This is so frustrating and disappointing. We did a big mistake buying croma stuff. We paid the money, and the fridge is in my apartment but I can't use it because the installation is not happening. Croma service is so pathetic and poor.

                                    5th June '2022 - I purchased an AC "CROMA INV/AC 1T CRLAIN0125T8654 5S" from Croma, installation and all done by Croma Service Team a few days later, it all went fine.

                                    21st Nov'2022 - Even before the first service, AC was LEAKING WATER from inside and NO COOLING was thrown at all. I raised a complaint to repair it for the same issue, which was fixed by Croma Service Team temporarily, but I was facing the same issue JUST after 2 days of fixing it, then I decided not to use much of it as that was the winter season.

                                    16th Apr'2023 - Again I requested to repair it for the same issue. The Croma Service Team suggested to me that they will fix it after I move to a new address as I was planning to move to a different place.

                                    26th May '2023 - I raised another request to uninstall from the old address and install it in the new address and fix the existing issue, but I got a mail from Croma saying AC is NOT under warranty, so the fixing the existing issue would be chargeable, and that ticket was closed by Croma.

                                    27th May'2023 - I called Croma Customer Care and explained the same issue, they said AC is UNDER WARRENTY as the purchase of a product is within 12 months period.

                                    31st May'2023 - Croma Service Team came to my old address and uninstalled the AC, and they said they would install and fix the issue after I moved to the new address which was on 1st Jun' 2023, and the ticket got closed.

                                    1st June'2023 - Again I called Croma Customer Care and raised a request to install/repair the same issue which was existing from 21st Nov'2022. The Croma Service team told me they will come today to fix it today but they haven't come yet and my AC's warranty is getting expired tomorrow. Now I suspect the Croma Service Team motive itself to fix it after my warranty expires, so that it would be chargeable from my pocket.

                                    3rd June'2023 - I raised this with CROMA GRIEVANCE and NODEL office. I got a reply saying that, that would be auctioned at the earliest.

                                    14th June'2023 - STILL, Croma Service Team haven't contacted me. Its neither installed in my new address nor the issue has been solved.

                                    The WORST Part is, CROMA is closing the service ticket without doing any action on it.

                                    After purchasing this product, within just 5 months, AC was having the issues and the Service Team was not properly responding or fixing the issue. I had a terrible experience contacting the Croma Service Team.

                                    Now I'm frustrated with this product and the Croma Service Team. I want it to be fixed as soon as possible or get it replaced with a new one.
