Croma — Croma device with very low volume

Hi, I have bought a Croma phone online from www.cromaretail.com.The phone has an extremely low volume.The phone ringtone can only be heard at max 2-3 metres away.If I start the music player, a very low volume is heard.The volume is 1/3 of any smart or non-smart phone. The croma customer care took the phone for 15 days for service and now refuse to provide an alternative. The model is faulty and the service is faulty for such a reputed name. I demand a value for money.I paid Rs. 5000 for the product which is not a small amount for me. The device is of no use to me and I dont know where to go. Please help me find a solution
