Hi all, I have bought a laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series) from Croma store, Preet Vihar, Delhi for Rs 36450/. I asked them if there is any problem with the laptop what will I do, to which they said if anything happens within 4 days, I can bring it to them and they will take care. / I asked them, about the procedure if the laptop is faulty and I get to know it after I reach home. In the response, they mentioned that they would be taking care if any such thing happens and I report within 4 days of purchase./ Unfortunately their laptop had a faulty touch pad, which we realized after reaching home. The very next day, I called them but the helpline asked me to visit the store, in any case they would not provide me with any help regarding any issue. I visited the store next day where they made me wait for more than an hour and then asked me to contact DELL as it's a DELL laptop. As if, they can just sell the laptop and they have no other responsibilities (it makes the task very easy, even if they sell any defective items, attaching some useless/stupid gifts which won't be working either). I called up the Dell Tech support number, it took around one more hour after which I have been told, I can get my laptop repaired by Dell service center, but I asked them to replace the laptop as I was not very happy with the product. They said laptop replacement will take 20-25 days, to which I said I have purchased it for urgent reasons and cannot wait for 20-25 days. Then, they said about providing credit notes, using which I can new laptop within 7 days. This was a false promise as they collected my laptop next day, but provided credit notes after 20 days. And even after that the Croma store refused to provide a new laptop on the basis of the credit note (Even though both Dell and Croma agreed for it in the previous week). Neither Dell nor Croma has provided me a contact number(for call back), so they spoke to me only when they wanted to. I had a mail-id of the service executive, who did not respond in timely manner. All my mails/online request has been of no use, as both kept playing games. Croma used to say, go and talk to DELL(we can't do anything, and vice versa). Both of them have been very rude during this process. Both of them portrayed as if they are not in contact with each other. In fact, DELL made me go to the Croma store(so that they can talk to them over phone) during my office hours as they threatened to stop the replacement process(if I don't do so). Finally after 1 month when I got the credit note, Croma refused to provide me the laptop from the shop and asked me to visit some distribution point in Nehru place. A guy name "Mansh Chaunkar", provided me the laptop after taking the credit note, but he also harassed me for a week(I had to return twice from there with empty hand) and in between when I questioned, he used say-"Go and talk to Croma, I can't do anything". Even the new laptop that I received on behalf of the credit note was faulty and this process continued. The guy said, “What do you think, every time you get a replacement we’re giving you a new laptop?, just think it yourself why did Croma didn’t give you a new laptop and asked you to come here instead” . Now, I have exchanged my laptop twice, yet it's not working properly (everytime a new issue), it seems as if both Croma and this guy are selling repaired laptops. I have filed a case in consumer court, and will keep fighting unless I get justice.

Same issue happened with me. I got a Dlink modem from Bangalore koramangala outlet which was faulty and went back to return it after trying unsuccessfully to reach Dlink or Croma support. They made me wait for 3 hours, figured out modem was faulty but wouldn't accept and said modem has to be sent to some service center to confirm the issue and it would take 10 days. After 3 hrs of discussion they gave me a credit note which i didnt want. Pathetic service.
The same thing happened to us with our 43inch LED smart TV and it's croma's own brand. We noticed it was defected right as the technician came to install it and we even notified him and he took pictures and videos as proof. We've sent mails, we've contacted customer support, we've physically gone to the store too. They sweet talked us into getting a 4 year extended warranty and assured us that if anything happened to the TV within the 4 years, they would not only fix it but even replace it if necessary. We asked for a replacement since it was a fresh model that we'd purchased literally a day before but it's been more than a month and the issue is unresolved. They're ignoring my emails too now. So disappointed in their service.

    Hi, I, Ankur Arora, regular customer of Croma, But sorry to say that in future I will not buy anything from your Croma store and never recommend to any one, it is TATA STORE and I always thought that I am dealing with a brand but I was wrong and I want to say many thanks to your employee that they clear my misunderstanding towards your store, your employees behave like a local shop keeper and I must say that local shop keeper behave more professional than your employees. My post sales experience is very worst and even many times I went for purchase new thing and there also I have noticed No one was available to attend me properly to clear my doubts. Last month I bought a Philips shaver that time also no one was there to clear my doubts even than I bought and took the shaver information from the net and same behavior I noticed when I bought fridge, LCD, LED and washing machine etc . But today again I went to your store (ADITYA MALL INDIRAPURAM GHAZIABAD) to clear my few doubts for my HOME THEATER, actually I bought this a year back and I wanted to know for radio wire that how can I connect this wire to my theater and I met one of your employee there, he was drinking the water and I said to him that BHAIYA KYA AAP MERI HELP KAR PAYENGE AND HE DID NOT REPLY MY QUESTION AND AGAIN I SAID THAT I BOUGHT HOME THEATER A YEAR BACK AND I AM CONNETING RADIO WIRE CAN YOU PLS HELP ME? AND HE DENIED BLUNTLY ON MY FACE WHEN I AKSED HIM FOR CUSTOMER CARE HE SAID THERE IS MY CUSTOMER CARE AND I AM ANMOL YOU CAN GO THERE.       Dear Sir As we purchased the Sony LED 56cm from Sion Croma (Infiniti Retail Limited Trading) on 27th of Nov, delivered on 28th Nov, And the same day we found model smaller in our home setup, went up-to shop on the same day, but store manager(Vishal-Mob:[protected]) is very much reluctant to give us the higher dimension, As he gives explanation that, he can not sell the product gain as the seal is broken, (seal was broken by delivering guys from shop) and spoiling the well fame of TATA, Waiting for your kind help and to sustain customer satisfaction Regards Alex Mob:[protected]

        This has in continuation to my complaint logged in on 17/11/14 & subsequent follow up multiple times ( reference : GZB071114WS00001 & DEL 171114WS00024) This is highly patehtic that TATA brand i.e. CROMA store is dealing such a way with Consumer like me who has purchased Croma 3G Tab recently (on 26/09/11) from Croma Store - Pacific Mall - Sahibabad (Ghaziabad ) spending my hard-earned money & within 2 months, I had to give the tab to Croma store twice for such defects . Till date, I have not yet received satisfactory response to my complaint regarding either replacement or moneyback . Pl let me know by when I would get replacement or money back Otherwise I have to complaint to yr higher Authority ( Mumbai ) or Consumer court for this lapse /fault from yr side Awaiting appropriate response Rgds Tamal Ghosh

          I have lodged numerous complaints for my croma split ac 1.5 ton I had lodged a complaint regarding water leakage from wall mounted unit in the month of august 2014, The croma service engineer, damaged the ac display while celaning, because of which the display became non functional since then.I lodged a complaint again for the same.The croma service engineer came and said that the relevant part which is damaged is not in stock and he would replace it once it is available.Even after following up the part has not been replaced. I again lodged a complaint for the faulty display and remote.The croma service engineer came and removed the entire display panel and made my ac completely non functional saying that he would get it repaired within a day or two. Its been 6 days now, and yet there is no clue as to when my ac will be made functional.I had a functional ac which was made non functional just because of the mis-management of the service department.I donot understand, that is there any rocket science in understanding that if the faulty part was not available, why did the engineer remove my acs entire display panel and make my working ac non functional for atleast a week now, and now too they have no specific date as to when my ac will be made in working condition. This is not the first time that I have faced a problem with this ac.Right from the time a purchased it, first I had a sensor problem which too took a years time to get resolved after multiple complaints in the service center. And now the display of the ac was damaged by the service engineer and this complaint too is pending for 4 months.We have been made to suffer for no fault of ours and instead of being helped we have been torchered by the inexperienced service team. If this is the service these people are going to provide, I would really leave no stone unturned to spread a word that stay far away from croma products. Not only they are absolutely useless and a sheer wastage of money, but their service is worst than their products performance. My request to you is, if possible please get this issue resolved and get my ac replaced or money refunded as I already have suffered a lot because of these guys unprofessionalism.

              I have raised a complaint for my Sony LCD Issue & Still it was pending from last 50 days. Initially they raised a complaint number SR[protected] & the same with out any fix. Later they have raised a complaint number SR[protected] & there is no response even after regular follow ups from my side & the usual answer which i will get is will fix it in next 24 hours. Finally they arranged a technician after 25 days. Now after the technician visit it's almost 25 days & the issue not yet fixed. It's really a pathetic service which I have got from croma & no one is take ownership to close this issue even after regular follow ups. It's shame on Croma their support model as I always got a response that there is no escalation matrix available & no one know when it will be fixed & always got false promises. You are cheating people by name of TATA brand on extended warranty. The worst thing is that the extended warranty number never picked / answered even if we stay online for more than 20 minutes / multiple attempts. I am sure you will loose business if this is the way you are going to provide the support. Any how you loose my business will recommend my circle / friends not to buy any thing ( specially the cheating concept of extended warranty) in croma in future.

                Note : CROMA DELHI Service Center send back CRXT 1125 with out fix When I had handed over to service center it was running under warrenty . I have attached service token scan copy with mail in which local service center mentioned the note . For proof I am attching bills and service token with mail Please do let me know where is consumer fault. I have bought CROMA CRXT1125 tablet with the belief that TATA and INDIAN product services and product definitely good. But my count had broken within one month. After one month I have been noticing screen display lost and graphics problem. For this I contacted with customer care to locate Service Centre in Lucknow because I have been staying there. You don’t believe after one month I had received Service center address any how (Hindi Saying Marta Kya na Karta), I reached Service Centre and shown my Tablet. Service Centre taken my Tablet call me back after one week since it was small problem and local service center resolved that problem. After few month accidentally Tablet fall down and it touch got broken (in July or Aug time line in 2014 still I have warranty running on the paper). Again reached CROMA Service Centre, Service Centre Engineer check the Tablet and said your touch got broken you have to pay 1850 Indian rupee and rest fine is fine and working. I was ready to pay. After one month I have received call from service Centre, Please take away your tablet from local service center, Delhi Service Centre fixed your problem its fine and working. Sep 8, 2014 I have reached local service center, paid due amount and take back Tablet and cheeked tablet touch was not functioning properly. (Keep considering distance between my house and Service Centre 20 kilometer). The center engineer said checked after properly charging, here it take lots of time and problem still exist do let us know we will get resolved. Anyone can amazing what was my mental situation that moment; any how I had spared my time reached back to Local Service Centre again on 10th Sep 2014. Service center Engineer checked again touch was not working properly, camera was not working and graphic display was not as good as before sending service center (Still my tablet running in warranty). Again they taken all document and tablet and said we would send back to Delhi CROMA SERVICE CENTER and you will get back soon. Could you guess when I have received my tablet yesterday 8th Nov 2014 and on top of that without repaired after two month, again you presume what was my mental situation? DELHI CROMA Service Centre asking for money because hard ware out of order. I don’t know what happen with tablet even I left only touch broken and again it was running in warranty period why the CROMA not rectify the problem. I am attaching receipt I which Local Service center engineer clearly mentioned when I handed over my tablet, was perfectly fine only touch was broken. Can any one answer my questions? If i will not hear any words from the CROMA side, I am forced to go to Consumer Forum with this Dump tablet and words of harassment time which I have passed since four month.                   I received the product Dt. 21.10.2014 against invoice no. SLE004EC0003995 Dt. 16.10.2014, But did not received the Samsung Starter Kit i.e. utensils of Microwave. Complaint Filed through customer care telephonically so many times since that day. Also complaint through E-mail Dt. 21.10.2014 at 8:01 PM, 21.10.2014 at 8:02 PM, 03.11.2014 at 7:26 PM for which reply received from Croma - for regreting inconvenience Nov 4, 2014 at 6:18 PM and till now no reply/solution/product delivered to me. And today Dt. 08.11.2014 again i have complained through telephone on croma customer care Interaction No. 8093681 Dt. 08.11.2014. I want a solution regarding this and after monday i am going to file a suit against the company claiming the damages. Either in consumer Court or Other Courts as It is a big delay in delivering the product and also no replies from the TATA Company a bogus company through which in future i will not book any of the product and will not suggest my any of friend, family member, colleague and relatives to book through CROMA or purchase through CROMA Stores this is my stand. I will do the same from tuesday onwards.

                    I Deepak Sharma [protected] visited for last two days in CROMA Amritsar for purchase a Mobile handset.But every time Bajaj exceutive and Croma staff not respond properly regarding product..Toady 07.11.2014 at 5:00PM i viisted Croma amritsar Mall Road and ask for Mobile and after so many discussion Ishan Sharma very low skll person from Bajaj finanse aked me to but product which i want..I selected so many mobile but all are rejected by him due to some bajaj policy and after that i selected Samsung Galaxy NOTE3 price 23999.00 invoice no:SLF02A[protected] AND HE TOLD ME THAT PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVER IN MY HOME WITHIN 2 HOURS bcoz i already told him that today i gift sam eproduct to my soul partner ...after clear all formality received all my documents my detail my ID proof My PAN Card Copy and my signature in whole finanse file and cash 7200 and handover me Invoice ... After 1 hour he called me and said that urs paid product not deliver in your home bcoz u cant purchased same product any where in amritsar from bajaj..with in again i went in CROMA and asked where that person who made me fool regarding this when i had invoice of same product..and one person from Croma Amit asked me that no the issue was difernt due to some IMI no we were no bill product now and we will try try tomorrow bcoz our system is not working and ishan sharma went home at dat time...Both of person spoke different and wrong words to me.. due to that me special day had spoiled becuse of CROMA and bajaj...and the staff.. I will go tomorrow consumer court for such a bad experience with CROMA specially harasment that i had faced today and claim a big amount so that CROMA and Bajaj realise what they did...

                      Hi, I have brought samsung LED TV at croma and it is now not working. A technician from croma had come to my place after i had registered complaint. He said TV panel has to be changed and it may take 10 days. Now one month is over and still they are no responding properly. I tried to call so many times and they are not responding properly.                         Last time when Croma TV broke down, Croma service took 7 months 25 tele calls and Rs 8000 to fix it. As the luck may have it TV broke down again within three months. I am guassing now and it is already 10 days waiting for service. service no ban311014fs00002.

                          I wanted to by a DVD Player with fm/am Radio so I went to Croma Store Oberoi Mall, Goregaon Mumbai on 4th Nov to check out the model which I had seen on their online site -" Croma Portable Dvd Player EY3010", However, I was told that the model has been discontinued however it may be available online. I placed order same evening and was asked to be collected within 48 hours from the store as home delivery was not available at my pin code which is hardly 3 km from the Store. Anyway on 5th Nov 2014 I called up customer service to confirm if I can collect my order and they confirmed yes anytime from the store. On 6th AM I went to store to collect my DVD player the customer support team informed me that the item is not available in the store. I contacted CS on their 24X7 no.[protected] and they said you can talk to the Manger of the store to help you. Manager told me the that items has been discontinued for long time and he can't do anything you can cancel the order. I was thrown between the store Manager and Customer service (Call center) several time to resolve the issue. Then call centre told me it is available in Phonix Market city mall and Store Manager call them up but the item was not available, then it was available in Pune but the same story. Then they told me those are defective pieces. I asked store Manger to give me in writing that this particular model is not available in their store, which he refused. They were reluctant to give refund in cash as the purchase made was online but when complain made to the Customer service on call centre they asked the store manager to resolve the issue. I told them that I will go to consumer forum/court. After almost 4 hours in the store finally they gave me refund. My concerns: 1. Croma had not update record on their site (As per Manager item discontinued 4 months back) 2. Online Payment accepted and customer issued invoice but customers account was not updated 3. There are no inventory management in any store. (as it was showing to their central system that it is available in various store in Mumbai, Pune - but it was not) 4. Suffering of purchaser - spending his precious time to get refund. If I had not insisted on refund immediately it would have taken long time. Although I got my refund but still feel cheated and this was small amount what if there was very high value item? Why such company's are allowed to sell product online when they don't have the items in store.

                            I have purchased a LG SMART TV 42cm from Croma Electronic Mega Store cetrre square, vadodara on 10/08/2014. I was told by the store employees that I will be getting a 5% Cash back if I use Axis bank debit card. So I did the same and I used the Axis bank Debit card to purchase the product.                               We bought a rice cooker from CROMA on 19 oct 2014. Its croma brand 1.2L rice cooker. The rice got burned at my first cook itself, we have given it for repair. After the repair, again the same problem continues. 2 time we have given it to customer service. Still they are repairing the same product. Still they are not replacing their product. I dont understand how the new one get into the repair section. what is the quality? please consider my issue and replace it.

                              I already called the customer service but they told me to contact directly the store where i got the same. Otherwise give me a proper person no. to contact regarding the complaints.

                                  Sir i have got physical damage in my mobile . that i got broken the touch . and i visited all croma store but i have failed every where, they responded that there is no stock, but it is not fare if you sail the product then you should provide the spare, sir if get the touch screen it will be very greatfull

                                    I Poonam Kayal of Bangalore have purchased a laplop (lenova) model no G[protected]/422410 bearing serial no.YB04313047 vide invoice no. SLF020A[protected] from Croma, Eva Bangalore-560025 on 15th august 2014.At the time of purchase Crome told that you have been given additional warranty for two years and one year accidental warranty along with one year default warranty and 5% cash back as a independent day gift.In lieu of the said offer when I asked for the warranty card they replied that we will be send to you through the mail, but till date I have not received the warranty card nor the cash back. Recently I am facing problem with my laptop so I called the Croma consumer care they told they cannot do any thing u call the lenova service centre, then where is the after sell service which they guaranted at the time of purchase. Next i called the lenova service centre, to them when I enquired regarding the warranty card they said, u have only one year default warranty and additional warranty is not granted to u since your invoice and laptop is not registered, then I said that it was Croma, who said me that they will be sending the warranty card and invoice through mail, but I have not received till date.Further I was shock to hear that i have not received the additional three warranty which was promised at the time of purchase. I received the invoice and not the warranty card on 16th of august but not the warranty card, to which when I called the concerned person of Croma they told that invoice is equivalent to warranty card. Croma didnot informed me any thing regarding registeration of laptop with Lenova, Further if at the time of purchase when the aforesaid warranty and cash back was attached to a product the consumer should be granted apart from the fact that the product need to be registered or not. Now they are blaming me for the issue that i have not register the product so i cannot avial the additional warranty. How a customer know that they will avail the aforesaid additional warranty only on registration if the concerned salesman, authorityof Croma and other party connected at time of sale donot inform u the same.Few person who was at the time of sale was tejas, Prasanna and others. further both Lenova and Croma are blaming each others sales person. I donot know who is Croma's salesman and who was Lenova's saleman, the only thing I know is I have purcahsed a lenova laptop from "the Croma" It seem that it is the common policy of fraud which is been carried out by "the Croma" to all the consumer for various brands. I want all the promises made to me at the time of sale as soon as possible without paying anything extra cost. I want the immedate action to be taken or i will have to go to consumer forum.

                                        Few days before I have meet to Mr. Harish at Croma (Crown interior Mall, Faridabad) I have told him about the power bank issue (Invoice:SLF02A[protected] Zen Power Bank 2600mAH) that it's not working. He told me that this product is not of Croma so you need to go to Zen dealer. I went to dealer and he was not ready to replace the product. Now I tried multiple times to contact croma but no one is ready to listen for this. So please in this regards.

                                        God. I have the same issue. My Croma power stopped working and the store wouldn’t help out either. I’m disappointed, as it was the first thing from Croma after friend’s recommendation. The led lights turn on but it never really charges itself. Rs 2000 wasted. I bought another and that has the same issue as well. Lol Croma or zen, it doesn’t matter. The point here is I spent money to buy a product and it let me down when I needed it the most.
