Hello, I am Mayur Chawla, I purchased a washing machine in 11/05/2011 along with that I purchased 2 years extanded warranty by paying Rs.600/- extra company product was covered for 2 years + 2 years extanded warranty. Its been pain full stress full and west of time. I lodged a request on 13/08/2014 for washing machine repair and since than they all only making me run around. Number of calls and number of emails with no resolution and now I totally believe that I choose the wrong company. People over there only giving fake promises to resolve my issue but since last 2.5 months they even not seems to resolve this issue. I dont know what is the issue. Why they cheated me by taking Rs.600/- extra when they don't value the money of mine. I found only cheaters and liars in Croma.. Such cheats who lie all the time. I made almost 120 calls since last 2.5 months for assistance at Last I found no resolution. My last call was on 17/10/2014.I was all the time assured that I will receive a call back from Croma on call but till date no one means no one did call me back on my registered number with them.     I bought a refrigerator on 25th October 2014 and they promised that they would deliver on 26th October 2014 which is mentioned in the bill also . But till now I haven't received a call from there nor any update . When I call the customer they are not saying any details clearly saying they don't have any update . I want my product on 26th October 2014 or pay the whole money back without any charges ( because the mistake is on croma side).     There is no need to get back me . I went to your shop and taught the so called CHEATING sales persons/ managers a lesson . I had to fight for my rights in the counter to refund me the money . Giving false commitments on delivery does not make sales.

    If people don't fight back at shop you people are not doing anything . Remove that useless customer care which never gives any update, just says " We will arrange a call back" if you don't have softwares tell me I will make them for you ( Quality softwares to track updates).

    I will never recommend croma to anyone again, even after my friend said croma is not good i believed the brand TATA but now i donot.

    You are saying 3 days for refund, days for getting back . Are you returning customer money with Interest for all those days? Is it not a way of scam?
    There was another scam here, they showed me a 4 star LG model in showroom and billed me a 3 star model, the only difference you can see is model SMCL and SLCL . You cannot see anything visually.

    I realized it when i went to buy in a different shop...

      I ordered HTC handset through Ebay from Croma on 11th Oct. First they took 4 days to sort out the purchase invoice & on 15th Oct they updated status with AWB # from Blue Dart. On checking that AWB # it was found that the courier # doesn't exist. Got a written confirmation from Blue dart that was shared with the retail house on their email ID provided. After sending 8 reminder emails & following call to Croma got an update that it will be received latest by 22nd Oct. Now on 22nd oct the same AWB # is reflecting with a remark that dispatch delay due to network issue. On calling Croma helpline I was been made to wait for more than 15 min. Then 3 time the line was disconnected. Resolution given was that WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CANT DO ANYTHING. PLEASE WAIT FOR BLUE DART TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT. NO CONFIRMAITON ON DATE PROVIDED. Such a cheat company Tata Croma is. I request some serious action against them as all they know is to earn their living on others money. Poor customer service which was not expected at least from TATA's. Humble advice to all, please be very careful from the big name crook in the market. Don't just go with the brand name.

        I had puchased the above samsung tv led from croma on 26 jan 2010 frm ansal plaza croma branch in palam gurgoan. Now the tv does not work so i have been requesting samsung to repair to which the company responds no spare parts. They want a bill to exchange the tv. But when i approached your showroom at dt megamall they did not have any purchase record. I had taken loan emi frm bajaj finser and they have given me a statment.         The LED TV 40 inch model UAYOB6000VV S/N 14533ZEZ200317C I purchased this TV from croma ansal plaza palam gurgoan on 26/01/2010. Due to excess ppwer supply the tv must have gone kaput. I informed samsung service centre but they do not have the spare part to repair. So i need bill to exchange the tv but the croma has no record of the purchase done by us. We had taken a finance frm bajaj finser and they habe me the loan statement. But the company needs the bill and croma has no record. Why is there no record?
        I am waiting. Pls send me a duplicate bill.

          I am very disappointed with your services and mal-functioned products that you deliver to the Customers. I had purchased Auqasure Auqa guard from Wakad-Pune Croma on 2nd Oct. Firstly this productis a defective product. It was Installed without our will and no demo was given. We had registered compalint of same in call-Centre and had been assured this will be fixed in a day or two and today its 20th, and no one has responded us back even after making at least calls everyday atleast twice. Is this what you provide service to your customers?Are you trying to make fun and money by providing us defective pieces and just wasting our time?

            plz plz plz...beware of the lucrative term called "Extended warranty" for which they charge you heavy amounts. First, there will be no response if you call the customer care no. Second, you find time and go to the store, they will assure you best of the services but no body will turn up from the technical department . You wait for another weekend, go agian to the store, they will say" Sir your previous complaint is not there in the file, think we have missed it by mistake." You again get and assurance and then wait for another week. Weeks pass by. You will again visit the store, again the same thing. When you make a scene and tell them you will complaint further, then you will get a call from their technical section saying that " SOrry sir, our staff is available only between moday to friday and that too between 12:00 P.M to 4 P.M." AFTER WAITING FOR WEEKS YOU GET AN "APPOINTMENT", YOU TAKE A LEAVE AND THEN THAT GUY WILL CALL YOU 10 MINS BEFORE THE EXPECTED TIME " SORRY SIR, i WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME TODAY. I AM BUSY AT ANOTHER SITE. YOU MAY MAKE A FRESH COMPLAINT AS NOW YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED FOR THE DAY". Alas, now repeat the same procedure. and the cycle keeps going. And one more thing, try and get a complaint no. Croma never gives a complaint number, so you cannot even complaint to their higher officials. thats their trick...

              1.Oct 14, 2014, I visiteD kormangla after my wife confirmed from chroma regarding availability of kobo ereader.However when we reached, the product was not available, causing lot of Inconvience Interm of time and effort.We asked for than Kobo paper black which having same features as kindle paperwhite However very negative and false information was provided by croma of kobo, and convinced to purchase kindle paperwhite.however on seeing kobo all info given by crOmo was wrong just to sell their product. However, still purchased, not even taken in my hand, requested to let me replace with 3 G model which they Refused, At time of purchase, my intention was drawn from kobo to paperwhite, Without revealing the benifits of 3g.Definqtely, i shall also be taking up the issue with kobo.                 I have LG 3D LED TV on which I have extended warranty.last week a line suddenly appeared on the screen. I called extended warranty helpline and lodged a complain. My complain no. is 146352. Till today there is no response from either croma people or LG service centre. This is setting a very bad example.                   Hi, I need your help as I am feeling cheated by Croma and really disappointed with your customer service. (DEV Arc Mall, Near Fun Republic, Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, Ahmedabad – 380055) Name – Vikas Jain Product Name- Smartphone Date of purchase[protected] Model Number- CRCB2263(Croma) POP No- SLF02A[protected] I contacted Croma customer care as the touch stopped working they routed me to their service center. After 2-3 attempts they finally gave me a job sheet and admitted my phone. I received a call from service center asking for RS 1600 to repair and when I contacted Croma for the same they took another I day to investigate this small issue. Now the Croma customer care came up with a new problem that my charging socket is not working due to water contact and this cannot be covered in the warranty. I am really disappointed with service and seems that this is completely fraud. I'd really appreciate your help with the matter. Thanks, Vikas

                    Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that your store "Croma" has done a big fraud to me and many customers like me.There is a store of Croma on eBay.in . During this festive season where flipkart amazon and snapdeal are running huge discounted deals I also found one deal from croma on ebay. There was 50% discount on Samsung galaxy S5. I on the spot placed an order for that. Paisa pay id: "[protected]". Also due to this I canceled my another order for S5 which I had placed on another website for which they also charged me cancellation fees of 10%. Still I managed as I was getting good discount from Croma.This was Diwali - Bhai-Duj gift for my sister. I have committed the same to her, And now from your office I am getting calls that it was pricing mistake. We will not give you product, They are talking rudely and forcing me to cancel my order.! I said I want product only but your guy says there is 0% possibility that we'll give you product. If you will not get ready we will forcefully cancel the order. Negative feedback does not matter!!Is this your customer service? Pathetic!!! I will now take this issue further to soical media, twitter, fb, mouth shut. As well as I will take it to media and news channels also. Croma is such a reputed brand. If they want to save their prestige they should stick to their words and they should deliver the product to customer. Finnacial loss is more important or customer satisfaction and image of company is more important that is now your call to decide.WITH NO REGARDS, YOUR UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

                      Carom is big name in mama about the Electronic but now my second time Experience carom not providing proper service to the customer had a complaint against Sam sung regarding a service that I had bought of them. I raised my concern with them but the response which I got was not satisfactory at all . Sam sung buys the refrigerate from carom last week there is gift with product but still I did not receive if I call they but response I get negative they answer so rude (( NOT IN STOCKS )) there are promise a lot when I buying the product but service is ZERO MY REFRIGERATER AMOUNT ( 920000) THOUSAND THERE IS GIFT IS SAMSUNG TAB I STILLI DIDNT RECIVE MY TAB FROM CROMA NO ONE TAKE CARE IF I CALL THEM BUT ALWAYS NEGATIVE ANSWER..

                          Below are my product details. Product : Samsung LED smart TV 32F5500 Invoice NO: SLF02A[protected] which is purchased on 29/Apr/13 In Chennai T-nagar branch. Extended warranty code:17935 for 2 years My unit is now turning ON since 26th Aug 2014, so I registered my complaints in croma customer care immediately with the complaint ID-141401. One person came after 2 days to check the TV and informed us that some parts are need to replaced and he will raise the complaint for that and service will happen after 2 or 3 days which is 2nd/3rd of October. But they didnt done. So I called Customer care again, they informed me to call the service center[protected]. I called that number informed me that they have ordered for the part and waiting for the delivery asking me to wait for 3 days. Again that didnt happen. So did keep on calling the same number, but they always gave me the same answer "WAITING FOR THE PART, GIVE US 3 MORE DAYS". You dont believe me, that this phone number is moved to favourites in my mobile. And i called the same number today, 11-oct-14 (45days after complaint). One lady took the phone and tole me the same story, on probing she ask me to call the croma customer care number. Do you think this is the way you people work, giving FAKE commitments and ask to repeat the procedure from the scratch. I called the CC again one guy attend my call and i asked about the status he said it is still pending and ask me to call again on monday. Ultimately I DIDN'T GOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL FROM THEIR SIDE FOR ALMOST THIS 50 DAYS. I Checked the service status in croma website where it shows that my complaint was CLOSED which the cc guy said that is pending. Seeing all this looks like Im cheated. I am gonna call the CC guy for last time on monday as i said to him, if im not getting any proper response within 2 or 3 days after that with no option i will file a complaint on this. -Sive

                            Hi, I had bought a portable ac from croma Surat two years back with the registration mobile no. [protected], suddenly ten days back it started having troubles with cooling, i filed a complaint on 29/9/2014 with service request number AHD290914FS00010. They responded to the complaint after FOUR days of repeated reminder calls and took the ac for repair on 3/10/2014. Although they had said that they will repair and deliver back the ac in 3 days but now 6 days have passed and still the ac has not been delivered back and when contacted, the croma people are saying they will take atleast two more days. In this hot weather it is very distressing to survive without an ac. Kindly help us and guide us how do we react and tackle this irresponsible and lousy behaviour of this firm. Dr Vinay kumar

                              dear sir i purchased t v in scheme from juhu.scheme was certain amount 2 t v was given.i also paid extra amount for extending warranty. now one t v is not working. yr man had me my place and telling only one tv is coved. when both the tv is cover for one year, than both tv is not cover for extending warranty.how such excuse, i do not know how dare to reply to yr staff, when you are taiking money for extending warratny, why only one is cover? this is silly reply. my small t tv is close last 10 or more days. if i will get proper reply, i have no alternative to approach consumer forum. mean time any mental harrassment will be to your a/c.i lodged complai name dhanesh a doshi. 403/404 rajgir chs, old nagardas road andheri east mumbai 400069 [protected] group of tata reply is shameless, we are dealer for tron steel of TATA, but we never cross such type of reply.

                                Dear Mr Joshi I had purchased Croma tablet on 3rd August 2013 with Invoice no. SLF02A[protected]. Around 3 months back there was some screen problem so i approached Croma Store and they diverted me to one of your pathatic Svc Centre (New Mobiel World ) in Ghaziabad near railway station. I handed over this Tablet on 2nd August -2014 with refe job sheet no 1100019 since than i am continously following-up with your service centre / Call Centre and unble to get any update on what happened to my tablet. I raised two complain SR[protected] & SR[protected], and surprised to see that both complain has been closed with out giving any feedback or solution to me. I am feeling like cheated by Croma and sure now that i made a mistake by buying Croma Tablet. I will never visit croma again and will not recommend to anyone. The person handling to us Named Mr.Ashish (Sony Branch Staff). The person told to me & my father after explaining specification & other details about the products, we said we will come tomorrow to buy the product. He said you have wested my time & i have to reach virar. How that person said like this. Every consumer have right to see the product & if he feels to buy they buy. You never force him to buy. We had also complaint to the departmental head (manager). We are request you to kindly take necessary action on that person for using such languages.                                     I booked Lenovo Y50-70 (with several accessories) on 18-Sep-2014 after verbal commitment from Croma, J P Nagar, Bangalore executive (Delivery date 28-Sep-2014). After few days, I received a call from Croma that it is delayed by few days. I called store Croma executive (they said that he is Lenovo executive) and also talked to Store Manager. The store manager confirmed me that he will deliver laptop on/before 2-Oct-14 but I have not received any response from them yet. I called Croma Customer care and found that product is still not received. Unfortunately, in this whole process I found that Croma employees response is very poor/unsatisfactory. My problem is that I am losing my time and Croma is not confirming me whether they can deliver my booked products or not.

                                      I have purchased my laptop from Croma (Mumbai Ghatkopar) on 15 th July 2014 Model :G405 S/N : CB 30018902 and one month it worked well, but then suddenly appeared white and black spots on the top left corner of the Laptop. In addition to that, also some vertical and horizontal interferences appeared to the screen . We have convey this issue to Croma but they told us to give it to Lenova service centre . Then one person from Lenovo visited our house. After checking he has mentioned in lenova service centre that issue has been closed. We have purchased the laptop inRs. 24000 (with 3 years warranty period). After doing lots of followup from lenovo and croma we really got frustrated now we are not getting proper response from both of them...Kindly suggest what to do... Complaint No : [protected]

                                        My Invoice No.SLF02A[protected], Dt. 09/02/2013, purchased from CROMA, Hyderabad a Split A.C., Brand Voltas, Model: Platina, Product Code: 170647 and Extended Warranty Code: 172866. In the month of March 2014, A.C. was not working with contacting so many higher authorities of Voltas, Croma and Infinit1 Retail Ltd. got repaired the A.C. do not think to get the work done by call center no way. Again I am held up with smart staff of TATA Call center, having A.C. is not cooling and the remote is also not working with just wasting time with no response and dying in this summer, because this time in Hyderabad summer weather extended in rainy season also, there is no rain. It is proved that TATAT's can not handle extended warranty, this is just machine for making money, I humbly request the higher authorities to cancel my extended warranty contract and refund my money, and relieve me from, making so many calls, wasting so many precious man hours, etc.
