[Resolved] Croma — Croma gift card expired & procedure to renew same.

I extended the validity of my croma gift card [protected] by paying rs. 500. However it has once again expired and when i visited croma store they are unable to tell be any solution now. The online customer care has no answer for this nor any email where i can send this complain.

I have over 12000 in this card and am very disappointed with type of responce form the stores as well as the customer care of this tata compnay.

I had the same issue . My card got expired 4 days back 10aug 2021 from today 14 aug 2021 . I asked customer care to give me solution or renew the card. Card amount is 5500 .
But no response yet

I had the same issue . My voucher expired in December 2020 and I've been trying to contact them ever since. The amount was Rs.5000 which was redeemed against my cash, not like I got the voucher for free. They are not renewing it for any amount. Lost my money just like that. Not expected from Croma.
