[Resolved]  Croma — Croma is charging hidden charges from my credit card bill

Address:Bangalore, electronic city , phase I

Nobody lodged my complaint. I have bought LG OLED 65'' TV from Croma electronic city phase I, Bangalore on 5th Aug 2022. The price of TV is 200000/-. The sales person 'Chetan' gave discounts as no processing fees & no cost EMI & assured me that my credit card bill will be of 20000/- monthly for 10 months, which comes on total 200000/-.
But from the first month I am getting credit card bill as:
Sept 2022 : 20700/-
Oct 2022 : 20660/-
Nov 2022 : 20619/-
Dec 2022 : 20577/-
Jan 2023 : 20536/-
Feb 2023 : 20493/-
Mar 2023 : 20451/-
Apr 2023 : 20409/-

I contacted the salesman, Chetan([protected]). He asked me to call Mritunjay ([protected]), the person who is in back end team. The irony is that, I call him every month since oct 2022 and every time he asks my problem. Because he never lodge my complaint and does not bother to solve the customer's issue.

After various calls, he thought to avoid me and my problem so he stated that I will get all arrears(700+660+619+577+536+493+451+409+?+?) after 10 month EMI which I have paid apart from 20000/- in each month bill.

I asked him if he can give above said statement in writings. He agreed but he never gave.
Now, I concern is, if I will get my all extra charged amount or not?. If yes, then when ?
If not, then why?
