Purchased laptop from Croma on 23 Jan 2022 GST still Not Paid nor they are refunding to me.

I have purchase personal laptop from the Company Name to get GST refund still neither croma account team had paid GST to Govt neither they are refunding my amount....

Its around two weeks we received the new croma fire tv 43 inches tv and your technician has not yet installed the tv at our residence.
Its the worst kind of experience we are facing from your (croma)'s end regarding installation.

We have purchased a 1-ton Panasonic AC through Croma website whereas product has delivered on 26.12.2022 but still now installation not done.

Also, we have booked the AC along with free installation, but the installation team is asking for additional charges. when we called Croma support also the issue is not resolved....

Recently I tried to buy washing machine from Croma store and I noticed that my three gift cards have expired :( I understand it has a 12 month validity and I'm to be blamed could not redeem this within the available date but the amount is for Rs.3000 which I consider is huge.

We called Visakhapatnam Croma Store located at Botcha Sqaure on[protected] and requested for arranging the demonstration of croma oven. Even after repeated remainders for 5 times, no one attended. We wanted to make a cake on 31st for new year eve, but since I did not receive any demonstration on how the oven works, we could not prepare it and we are very much disappointed.
