My crome LED when through a software update and got crashed and it got crashed. After which the TV turns on and off one the power button is pressed. We have logged a complain with the customer service team in 12th July who mentioned the time to resolve the case in 24 to 48 hours. However the technician visited on 12th July and mentioned that the software needs to be updated and he went back and said will call back which he didn't. However, i keep on following up and it 11 days from the date the case was logged and it remains to be unresolve despite being TV is under warranty. Please look into this and help.
