Bought a IFB split AC 1 ton on 7th April. Was promised delivery in 2 days. No update until now. Today I personally went to the store in Sidhapura Bangalore and they say that there is shortage in delivery staff because of festival season. And that it will be delivered by 12th April. I am not sure if this can be believed. I have told them that i need my money back if it is not delivered by 12th. Very unprofessional that they don't even call to inform about delays. And when I called them there has been no proper response.

    I bought my 2 Tons AC from Croma, Porvorim Branch, Goa. Once, i got problem with the swinging system and after many complains they sent an engineer, and the problem was resolved. Other than that, even after one year i still got no free servicing (like cleaning).

    Before i bought this AC i bought q smaller ACs from Reliance Digital and I've got two free servicing till date, and they told me that they will come again for the third time (which will be wet servicing).

    Is there any free servicing available with Croma? If not, why?

      I have purchased 65 inch OLED TV from croma store dibrugarh on 04/4/24. Next day tv delivered but still today it is not installed I am contacting Bharuch croma centre from last three days but they are not taking seriously not updating the status also every time New person attend the call at reception but no one taking responsibility

          I had purchased my 1 tone split AC from Croma Thane branch on 11/06/2023 this product is under warranty but since purchase it requires service 2-3 months. Now since last 2 months the technician told me to do jet service which was chargeable but on repeated complaints jet service was done but it did not last long & again there is no cooling again I was advised for paid jet service which I have refused. Either the service centre is not doing the job well or the product is defective I either need proper service or replacement of the whole product which is under warranty plus compensation for mental & physical harrasment & torture.

              Denying to cancel order

              My order no is SOA[protected]...My dad has ordered mentioned productsin order no on March 14th 2024 from Croma ...he paid in cash n croma people gave us invoice ...out of that order we ask to deliver chimney only as as it was required but due to contractor pending work we are not facing some legal issues and we r requesting to chroma to cancel the order but they are not entertaining us ...if the other products are not delivered yet then...

              Is this the commitment regarding delivery from croma services? it should be delivered by 30th March'2024 till 8.00 PM. I have tried to reach the given toll-free customer care number but there is no response, only IVR playing pre-recorded answers. Is this the way Croma deals with its customers? while I am ordering the product it says that it will be delivered the next day... and now I am helpless. I think I would have to raise this issue with the consumer court as well as the e-commerce ministry, to avoid that kind of negligence so that poor web shops cannot fool their customers

                Hey there. Is Croma (New Town Branch, Kolkata) being run by bunch of goons. I was misbehaved and was harassed at the store.

                Today arounf 6.30 PM I went to NewTown Croma store with the intention of buying an Apple charger adapter. I took it and went to the billing counter where no one was there to attend me. Waited for many mins only after calling out loud was attended by one of the representatives Mr. Naskar (Title, as first name I cannot recall). I requsted him to price match the product price with that of Croma website, since I had done this previously as well from the same store. I was asked to wait and was left again and after a long wait I was denied when Mr. Naskar called (over Phone) his so called manager Mr. Sayan. I polictely asked to speak to him and name of the manager to which Ithe call was cut and I was asked to wait again. After again a long wait Mr. Sanjib Kumar Samanta came and very arrogantly spoke to me and misbehaved with me saying we won't match the price and will price it whatever we want. Upon listening to this I requested him and showed him the bill of previously the same store to which he said he didn't care and said no its my decision and I won't do it. I said that how come it be your decision as this is a retail store and I just asked for a price match. I also asked why am I being denied the price match. To which I was told its my decision and its my personal store. And then further more verbal hurlings were passed on to me with arrogancy. To which I felt not safe to say anything as it was getting tensed and with fear of my safe and well being I left the store.

                Being a TATA Employee (TCS Employee) myself I do know that Tata Cares for its customer and always value their wellbeing first and does the right thing.

                Please have a look into it and do the needful as today I had to be fearful for my safety in a public Croma Store as a Croma representative had an audacity to say its my personal wish and my personal store and I can do whatever I want there.

                  My uncle and aunt are senior citizens who purchased a WHIRLPOOL WM TL 7.5KG PREMIER GENX GRY from CROMA Alwarpet Branch on 18th August 2023. Within the first month itself there were vibration and jarring noise issues. They complained to CROMA Sales team Ms Tamarai (Contact [protected]) who gave contact of Whirlpool Service person Mr Amritharaj (Contact [protected]) . Initially he was cooperative and helped reduce some of the problem though not eliminate it completely. My aunt was adjusting with the defective machine for a few months but last fortnight the machine started shaking dangerously and pulled the plug out of the socket while also breaking off from pipeline, spilling water into the house. This could have been a deadly accident. Panic stricken they called the Whirlpool Service and Croma Team Alwarpet but after hearing the problem, they stopped responding. They cut the phone from my aunt when she calls. This is a very serious matter, requiring seriously escalated complaints if action is not taken to fix the machine or replace it as it is within the product Warranty Period.

                    After several days of mails and tickets the product was finally returned. It was picked up from me on the 6th March. It's been 7 days since and the return is not even updated online. There's no acknowledgement the product was returned from Croma's side.
                    Hence, refund is not yet initiated as well. Tickets raised are being closed and mails go unanswered.

                      The tv was having the manufacturing defects which was assesd by their team.they promised replacement but they have now refused to it despite of several reminder given by me. they took 4 months to address the issue. they send the delivery partner without recipt of collecton of the product they forefully closed the complaint which is a clear case of misleading to the customer. please take strict action agaist it or we would be bound for legal remedies.

                            Sir i bought a laptop from chandigarh 22b croma and the total amount is 44500 but they charge me 52000 something and aslo told me this 0 cost emi and warranty is 1 year bt i receive a old product the warranty is 6 month remaining showing and i aslo contact him for warranty case they told me within 15 days your warranty will be automactic extended bt no result i found and today i checked the invoice of my laptop is 44500 rs bt they charge me 52500 rs i dont know why they cheated me

                              I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the pricing of a product I recently purchased from Croma.

                              On February 26th, 2024, I purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra from Croma, and the billing amount for the transaction was ₹93, 700. However, upon checking the Croma website today, February 29th, 2024, I noticed that the price for the same Samsung S23 Ultra has been reduced to ₹89, 990.

                              This significant price reduction within just a few days of my purchase raises concerns about the fairness of the pricing at the time of my transaction. Given the substantial decrease in the price of the product, I would like to request a fair claim for the price difference.

                              I understand that pricing fluctuations may occur, but such a significant reduction shortly after my purchase prompts me to seek a resolution. As a loyal customer of Croma, I trust that you will consider my request and provide a satisfactory solution.

                              I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know the process for claiming a refund for the price difference or any other appropriate remedy available.

                                  The Product is under extended warranty . I have given a written complaint received a call from a third party claiming to be technician from a different city and state asking for Bank details.

                                  When i wrote back to CROMA
                                  1. No response to the mail

                                    I have purchased Pureit Purifier from Croma on 02.08.2022 and an AMC for two year were imposed in us, despite our repeated, No, No. After taking this AMC their representative have visited once for service and no Candle was replaced. He promised to change it on next visit in August 2023, but till date nobody visited us for AMC. You are requested to please instruct the concerned company to visit and replace the candle free of cost, which was supposed to be replaced in August 2023.
