Please give me new gift card code for my unused gift voucher. Please try to understand this was pending due to non accepted by your store. Will use it asap. On online.

I have booked a product from Croma online, the app is saying it will be delivered by 28 September 2023, but today is 1st October. Customer care is asking me to wait 24 hours everyday from 4 days and that their team is working on, whereas i have not received any communication. Seems like i have lost my 54k Rupees....

My Croma Privileges gift cards worth Rs 1000 x 5 could not be activated before expiry date of 23May23 as I was working from home in remote location where there was no Croma Store or was not serviced by croma.com. I request you to extend validity for the same as I am in Hyderabad now for next 1 week....

Since last one week installation of water purifier is pending and no one is responding for the same. Till the time 4 to 5 requests were register but its not happening
This my 2nd experience in a month
How can i go for croma in future or recommend the same with any one?...

I have been lodging and following up complaint for the past 10 days but still the fridge fault is not rectified.
The response from customer support is pathetic.
Am really shocked to notice this kind of poor and bad response from TATA PRODUCT.

Sir, I ordered a Lenovo 10.6 Tab M 10 plus 3rd Gen LTE on 16 sep 23 vide ORDER ID TC[protected] from TATA NEO App.

The Tab was deliverd on 19 sep 23.
On unboxing and switching on the display was ound to be Defective with a single horizontal line across the display. Immediately a repalcement was initiated by me on TATA NEO App.
Also a complaint is under process with complaint No C[protected] with customer support.br...

We purchased a premium Samsung tv from Croma in Belapur branch which costed us more than 1lakh. Now, only after few months o[censored]sage we noticed 2 lines on the display which are not visible to naked eye and realised the display is faulty. Samsung technician visited and informed us that they'll have to replace the part rather than the entire product. It's highly disappointing to open such a premium tv only after few months o[censored]se and demanded...

I used my gift cards to make a purchase and transaction is failed and they are not returning my money. Not even proving an ETA....

Hi, I have been issued gift vouchers worth 13, 000 by my company as an appreciation of duty performed. Lately I observed that the vouchers go expired on 18th of Aug 2023.

I called up customer care in regards to the same but no luck, appreciate if the vouchers validity can be extended....

I purchased a Gas stove for Rs.11290 with order no[protected] online due to house warming function as the delivery date mentioned was next day. I received after 3 days and when we check the product it didn't work for our kitchen slab size. I tried to return that product but keep on rejecting my return request and they pushed to hold the product. why they don't have the choice to return if not working for us like other online platforms like...

AC installation was done 4 days after the request was raised. I had to call them to follow up on the status everyday. During this calls, I asked about installation cost. Customer service rep said it was free for standard installation. Not once, I got confirmation from them twice. Ac installation is done today. Service rep asked for 999+ tax for standard installation along with other extra charges....

I raised installation on 21st August. After calling and following up for four days, the installation is still not done. Everyday the customer service guys are just saying that this will resolved in 24-48 hours....

We registered the complaint on 31st of July 2023 but our complaint is getting closed even after providing alternate numbers to contact us and fix the issue.

I recently bought Samsung a 53 from croma which was delivered on 9th of August 2023. I bought it for 27499 but within a week its price dropped to 24599 which is almost 3000 less than ordered the price and this happened within a week so I should get a refund of price difference

I have purchased a samsung washing machine from Croma in Saltlake sector V Kolkata on 05.08.2023 vide invoice no. SLRS 3943045 at the time of purchase the sales executive told us that the price of the product is RS.18900 and he told us he is giving discount on the extended warranty which costs around rs. 2200 but after payment when I received invoice I notice tat the product was on discount which the executive didnot even inform us and forced...

On 20.07.2023 I had purchased a fastrack smart watch with extended warranty from croma outlet at Daryaganj, New Delhi of Rs.6953/- . However as the watch was not functional on trial, i cancelled the order the same day at the store itself. Though a refund invoice was generated, till date i have not received the refund amount in my account.

Kindly resolve the matter...

This is in reference to installation issue with our AC which stopped working after a 2 month. I have lodged a complaint on 3rd July but still it is unattended. I am hearing back from the customer care executives that we will recieve a call from croma installation guys but no one called.
