[Resolved] Croma — Croma Refrigerator- Freezer door Replacement assured in 15 days (Customer Complaint - SLF02A[protected] | |||
I’m writing to inform the pathetic experience with croma. I bought a croma refrigerator (product code: 162336) on 30/10/2011. On Thursday, August 22, 2013 6:34 PM i contacted the customer support and i consequently got in touch with the store manager (Nungambakkam branch, Chennai). He confirmed that he would raise the issue and the same would be rectified within 15 days. However after repeated calls, I was informed that it would take 20-25 working days to replace the freezer door. 3 long months have been passed by and I have not got my problem resolved. The matter of fact is when I bought the refrigerator; I was informed that whenever there is a product related problem, I would be given proper service. However that’s not the case with me. I feel very disappointed, as I usually enjoy my experiences with TATA products. I presume that there is no point in having a refrigerator without the freezer door. Was this information helpful? | |||
