I BOUGHT A PORTABLE AC, WITH 1 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, FROM CROMA, CHENNAI, IN FEBRUARY 2013. AFTER A FEW DAYS O[censored]SING IT, I FOUND THAT IT WAS FAULTY. COMPLAINTS WERE MADE TO THE CROMA CUSTOMER SERVICE AS FOLLOWS :

3. CHN190513FS00008 ON 19.05.2013
4. CHN220713FS00003 ON 22.06.2013 & 01.08.2013
EVERY TIME I COMPLAINED, A NEW PERSON CAME FOR SERVICE AND THE PROBLEM HAD TO BE EXPLAINED EVERY TIME. EACH PERSON GAVE THEIR OWN OPINION, PROMISING TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND CLOSING THE COMPLAINT CASE A FEW DAYS LATER, SAYING THAT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN COMPLETED WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION AND SOLVING THE PROBLEM. I HAVE REPEATEDLY REPORTED TO THE LOCAL SERVICE MANAGER, MR. LAKSHMANAN, WHO PROMISED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITHIN 2 DAYS EVERY TIME I TALK TO HIM. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FROM FEBRUARY 2013. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS PRODUCT FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE. I GOT THIS PORTABLE PRODUCT FROM MY OLD PARENTS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ASTHMA WHO REQUIRE HUMIDITY CONTROL IN THEIR ROOM. THEY HAVE GOT FRUSTRATED AND INSPITE OF THEIR ILL-HEALTH, THEY HAVE DIRECTLY GONE TO THE LOCAL CROMA SERVICE CENTER & HAVE COMPLAINED. I KINDLY REQUEST THE PROVIDER / MANUFACTURER TO EITHER REPLACE IT WITH ONE WORKING PROPERLY OR TAKE IT BACK & GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
