I had made a complaint on 25th may and then another on 28th may. Post this made various calls and no response from croma. Then on 5th june wrote an emails on which received a response on 6th may that we will resolve this within 24 hrs (Attached). But again no call till date. Every call and even in the email then acknowledge that we have your complaint registered and assure of call back in 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||
