Dear sir madam,

I ashish agarwal, had made purchase of 5 electronics from your store croma situated in oberoi mall goregaon east on sunday 08/05/2016 worth rs. 97, 000/-.

Following are the 5 items:

1. Lg led tv 32”
2. Samsung refrigerator
3. Voltas 1.5 ton ac
4. Samsung microwave 28l
5. Philips mixer grinder

All the above items were to be delivered at below address:
Flat no. 203, vindhavan chs building no 3e,
Near kotak it park,
General a. K. Vaidya marg, malad (E),
Mumbai 400 097

Your person has promised that the delivery of the same will be done on 09/05/2016 by 4:00pm.

Next day i. E. On 09/05/2016 at 5:30pm i received a call from delivery person that address mentioned is
Flat no. 203, vindhavan chs building no 3e,
Near kotak it park,
General a. K. Vaidya marg, mahim (W),
Mumbai 400 016

So they cannot deliver.

When i called your customer care on [protected] to rectify the address they were very very rude.Instead on solving my issue; they said that they cannot do anything on this. Again i called on 10/05/2016, they were very reluctant to solve my issue. Then i visited your store on 10/05/2016 in evening to rectify the address they said that same will be delivered tomorrow 11/05/2016 but not sure when.

Still the electronics are not delivered.

This is very bad on part of croma that they don’t listen to their customer complaint. If tata company like croma will do this nonsense job then i don’t think you will survive in the competitive market.

    I have purchased a hitachi tv, because o[censored]rgent requirement of customer delivery. When i checked in the office sound was not working and then i have raised a request to croma, then they said there installation guy will check and recommend for replacement. After 2 days there installation guy came and he said sound speaker is faulty but he can replace, as i bought new one so i said i need replacement, then i have raised a ticket and they said that some one will call me in 24 hours, after 30 hours i dint get call and then i called. Customer service girl mamta was unproffesional and laughing during the call. Now its 10th no contact for replacement. I could not use a tv for single day and i could not give deliver on time to customer because of lack of tv. Its almost like harassment

      After having given up on samsung, due to their poor response, we called croma as we have a two year extended warranty for our washing machine. This is the third week and we're still waiting. The service person had called me a couple of weeks back saying he would come on a monday morning and we asked to come on saturday. He did not turn up on the saturday. The following monday he calls up and says he would definitely come on the following saturday. He didnt even take my call on saturday. I called up croma to complaint about the response from the service person. They said they'll sort it out immediately. Which they have been saying for the past 3 weeks. Iam not sure if i would ever recommend croma to anyone i know.

        I have recently bought new food processor of Richard Morphy from Croma store. Not even 1.5 Month. There a sevear smell of burning wire I have been complainting since 1.5 Month, got more that 50 calls from the service center asking the issue all the 50 times but no one has visited my place to address the issue.

        If you cant solve the issue you have no right to torcher them.

          I have purchased the croma ac 1.5 ton 5 star from croma janakpuri. And my complain no-sr[protected]/04-05-16 ac is not working in auto mode and stabilizer is also not installed by the technician. I have many called to the costumer care (Cc no-[protected]) regarding this complain but i have not received the any reply from the croma.

          So i request you to please take the action against this matter. It is very urgent.

            Issue
            1. Purchased led tv from croma aundh 25-apr-15
            2. Noise issue faced in apr-16, complaint registered on 23-apr-16. Complaint no bow230416fs00074
            3. Croma failed to notify to manufacturer samsung by 25-apr-16. On every follow-up got standard answer "we've informed the concerned team, they will call back" after too much followup and talk with sr. Member in croma customer care, croma notified samsung on 01-may-16
            4. Samsung service technician said the product is out of warranty and any service would be chargeable. 2-may-2016
            5. Called back croma 2 times, got their standard answer. When demanded to talk to sr memeber in customer care they simply said "no one available right now, will call in 2hrs" 2-may-16 and 3-may-16
            6. Finally in absence of response samsung cancelled their service order 6-may-16
            Solution required
            1. Require the tv noise issue to be fixed immediately without any cost (Being warranty related matter)
            2. Send strong message to croma management for negligent / careless behaviour

              I will never buy anything from croma again. Firstly the sales service was terrible, only one cashier in a huge store !!
              After buying the ac on the 3 rd .Of may .Its now the 7 th of may no sign of the ac !!! No seems bothered or concerned, after calling the customer care they only said they will put in a reminder, when the installers had arrived at my house. Third class service, sales and after sales service . You should shut down.

              Terrible sales service, after buying an AC on 3rd, it hasn't arrived by 7 th May !! No one answers phone, and when the installers arrive the customer care guy says he ll put in a reminder !!! Wow ...NEVER EVER go to Croma ...awful awful service they just don't care about customers ...

                I had visited Croma Annanagar to buy 2 branded Air coolers. However, the sales guy there tricked me into buying 2 Croma Air Coolers assuring of regular service and warranty. When the products were delivered I did not check in detail but later on I found that the air cooler was defective. The swing was not working at all. It was stuck and that is when i realized that I was sold a defective piece. However i could not raise a request at that time as i was travelling.

                I then raised a request for service after a couple of months hoping that it will get rectified. The product is still in warranty.The Service request numbers for the two air coolers are
                CHN180416FS00006 and
                CHN180416FS00007.
                However even after 2 months and 20 phone calls requesting them an update on the service no one has come for a service till now. Also i got a message saying that I cannot be serviced as spare part is unavailable. No service guy has come and checked but they just closed the incident giving a false reason.

                I have bought many products in Croma. However i will never ever shop in Croma. Their service is pathetic and the have utter disregard to the customer. I really regret shopping and purchasing the items in Croma. They provide all defective products. I am cheated. Anyone reading please do not buy from Croma.

                  I had purchased Croma microwave 6 months ago and have registered 2 complaints on its working. The croma customer service is pathetic and is worst among all the Electronic appliance companies.

                  The Crome microwave that have purchased is now switching off on its own and does not provide the heating effect. I had complained previously also and they sent a technician who did not know anything about microwave and he said that this is the way microwave works.

                  Now the microwave has completely stopped working.

                  I will never buy any cromaproduct and will advise others to also be. Ware of the products of Croma.

                    I had purchased a 49 inches UHD TV, model no. 49UB850T from Croma R-mall Ghatkopar on[protected] by paying Rs. 1, 22, 000.00. There is some problem with the set; while watching the screen goes blank but the audio is still on and no video. We have extended the warranty till[protected]. We have been complaining about the same with LG service centre since April 2015, and several times but all in vain. Once they have changed the mother board also but the problem still persists. I am attaching the details of the invoice and the complaint lodged to customer care LG for your information. I have been associated with Croma for last 10 years and we have purchased several electronics gazets and I also have full faith in TATAs, the way they treat the consumers. So I request you to help me in getting my TV replaced/repaired soon. Hope to hear from you soon.

                      We bought a voltas ac o 17th April 2016 from Croma, Kammanahalli, it was delivered the next day. Till today it is not installed. Everyday they send an SMS saying that the issue has been resolved, if you dont call back the number.. it is assumed that the issue is resolved. Every single day it becomes my responsibility to call the store and tell them that till date no one even bothered the come and install. After 2 weeks they happily closed the issue number which we raised and conveniently allotted another issue number.

                      After 2 weeks of waiting and fighting, we have opted for LG now and the same issue continues. Having spent my money and time, everyday it has become my headache to act on their SMS whereas they proceed with their poor performance. This was the first experience and is the worst.

                        Dont buy any of croma's air condition, even though they have good period of warranty. I am regretting buying ac from croma it repeatedly incurs problems which cannot be solve by the croma's technicians.

                        Instead of my repeated complain no acceptable actions were taken, they have the product but no service!

                        I have ordered air cooler on 22.04.2016 in shop. They delivered it on 23.04.2016 by 1.00 pm. It snot working properly. I gave compliant on same day. 2 times we went the shop directly for complaints. Till now i didnt get any response from croma. Very worst customer service.

                        I have purchased over yesterday. I was promised start up kit but not provided the same. Today Samsung demo guy came and said you have not been give the start up kit. Please contact and get it from Croma. Even online on Croma retail start up kit is mentioned.

                          Croma store koramangala:-

                          "would suggest any other local shop but not this wretched croma."

                          Please don't buy any product from this store, this guys are fooling us. I have purchased new acer laptop from this store. After 15 days the laptop get auto restart, when i called acer customer care for the same issue, they told me this laptop is out off warranty and already registered on some other person (Abujar khan, sister it tech), and already he raised two service request for the same issue. The store person fool me and sell second hand laptop to me, now they not replacing the product. And now these guys are saying go to acer service center for the issue, we will not taking back.

                          I had the faith regarding your services provided from a brand like yours that why i choose to purchase from you . Now what i get the feeling that i wasted my money and time until & unless my problem gets fixed as soon as possible.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              We had purchased Tablet of Croma company from Croma, Mulund [W] showroom [Invoice No.SLF02A[protected]].

                              Our Tablet had some problem, for which we approached your mulund [W] showroom on 16.04.2016.We got a call from your customer care representative [61508411] from mulund [W] showroom about collecting the same as it was under extended warranty period.

                              When we went to collect tablet on 19.04.2016, She gave us one contact no. [protected] stating that this is company's number and representative from company will come and collect and deliver the tablet.We tried the number many times and got the answer "Dialled number does not exists".We also tried your contact no.[protected], but it was continuously on voice mail.

                              This is very frustrated to get a wrong number from your mulund [W] showroom.Also it is difficult to visit your showroom every time for small issues such as to take company's Toll Free number.

                              You are requested to guide us and inform us the process to get the Tablet repaired at earliest.

                                Even i have purchase lenovo laptop as per paisa back scheme i should receive my ew money back since i did not use warranty even single time but if i call ew customer care they are routing to normal customer care if i call to normal customer care they are routing to ew care center as a ball passing here and there i never seen such a poor service from reputed retailer like croma [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I have purchase a LED on 02/2/2016, led is not working at present. Regarding service, I have registred a complain on 15/4/2016 in customer care vide complain N. 30N150416 FS00055 dated 15/04/2016 service of led not working. But, unfortunately, no service guy has come to attend and no support has been provided by your end.
                                  Kindly provide the service as soon as possible or replace my LED.

                                    I am writing you with the reference to my compliant no. SR[protected] placed with Croma. I would like to inform that even after 15 days of complaint, I am not in receipt of any communication from Croma.

                                    I have complained on Call Center & even visited Croma - Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali - W store, however there is no success.

                                    Please note that I have purchased LG M/W Conv 28L MC 2883 SMP from Croma - Kandivali - W. It is very disappointing that Croma delivers Manufacture Defected Products to it's customer. Newly brought Microwave stopped working after 3-4 times usage. I have complained to LG Customer support & technician visited to check fault in Microwave. After technician verification, he found out that internal part called Microtron is defective & required to get replaced. I have informed to Technician that how can I allow you to replacement of parts as i have bought it few days back.

                                    It is so surprising & shocking that Croma delivers defective products which break down with 3-4 usage. I have informed Croma that I need replacement of the product & not part, however croma is giving excuse that it is in hand of LG to replace. I have purchased product from Croma so I expect that Croma must help in this regard.

                                    I would like to inform you that I can't accept your defected product & please undertake replacement of the same. If you can't replace the product than please Refund my money.

                                    Looking forward for resolution of my complaint through here as I am waiting long to get confirmation from Croma.

                                      I purchased htc desire 828 ds lte mobile phone on[protected] which has the sim detection problem which was noticed by me after two days of purchase. The i went to htc service center in which they told the problem cannot be rectified and gave a do to take another mobile in croma. Again i took a replacement of the same mobile on[protected]. I had faced the motherboard issue with the handset twice already. Now it has been given to the htc service center on saturday ie.[protected] for the same motherboard problem for which they told it will take 7 to 10 days to resolve the issue.

                                      As i have purchased this just 15 days back and facing the major issues with the mobile phone twice within 15 days.

                                      I have paid 20k for the product and which is not satisfactory due to major issues in the product and also a waste of my time and money for roaming to the croma outlet and to the htc service center from past 15 days, and also suffering from loss of communication without the handset from the day of purchase. So, i request you to kindly provide me with the replacement for another mobile phone or refund the amount which i have paid.

                                      As the purchase date was on[protected] they i went to htc service center on[protected] and asked for the replacement now they are refusing to give replacement only because its 15th day of purchase. They are not compromising for few hours to replace the handset.

                                      Croma is not responding for this issue properly, in croma outlet they told me to register a complaint online in cromaretail website, in which i'm not getting the otp pass to register a complaint.

                                      After the purchase both croma (Seller) and htc (Product supplier) are not responding properly

                                        I registered a complaint with Croma customer care for my washing machine on April 6. My washing machine is under 5 years extended warranty... They have got the worst customer service in the world... You can buy a Croma product only if you don't depend on them for service and repair. Never ever dare to buy a Croma product if you do depend on them in future for service.


                                        I have got no words to explain irresponsible and irritating attitude they show towards the customers... I pity the customer service people who answer the customer calls.They could do nothing except listening to our scoldings.I have shouted at them to the core in spite of being aware that they could do nothing.


                                        DON'T BUY CROMA PRODUCT...WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD...
