Croma — Damaged parts not received of croma TV

I purchased croma tv from sanpmint with order id : 41025676. it was delivered to me on 20th oct, 2025. the Appliance got damaged within 1 month. Appliance needs a new parts as Sensor Pcb Defective, Button Pcb Defective. Problem Diagnosed by engineer provided by support team

Parts already ordered by technician, but still there is no communication from croma support to get the parts.

If this Appliance got damaged within 1 month, then what about the rest life for the same this was a genuine concern. i need immediate resolution else i want to return the product and get my refund.
