[Resolved]  Croma — Defected Power Bank

On my birthday I received a tata product croma power bank as a gift. This product has full capacity 10000mAh. I have hardly used for 2-3 times. My phone has battery capacity of 3000mAh. On full charged power bank I can hardly charge my phone for maximum of 2 times. Ideally it should charge 3 times. And there’s more than this. To charge this power bank to it’s maximum capacity, it takes more than two days. I don’t think this is a genuine product.
