Dear croma,

We are fed-up with your product and service.
It's was pathetic
We have complaint many time regarding service issue and product aswell..

We bought Croma refrigerator in September 2020..

From day 1st there was an issues..
1. My fridge not delivered on time( Croma send my fridge back to the DC ) till the time croma center had given me small fridge...

2. Dammag item...

3. Replacement took so much time...
4. Cooling was not proper.
5 again service guy visit...
6. Again cooling was bad
7 . Again service guy visit..
8. Again cooling was bad.
9. Service team suggest keep ur refrigerator closed for 1day...
10. We did that as well.
11. Still cooling was bad...
12. We are managing with this fride for day one.. and now we are so frustrated with this product...

And u feasted us for many times wile delivering the product...
Service not on time
And Pathetic product...

We want this issue to be solve on priority...

We feel that we got a demo product or dammag..as there was an issue from delivery date...

    Defected Power Bank

    On my birthday I received a tata product croma power bank as a gift. This product has full capacity 10000mAh. I have hardly used for 2-3 times. My phone has battery capacity of 3000mAh. On full charged power bank I can hardly charge my phone for maximum of 2 times. Ideally it should charge 3 times. And there’s more than this. To charge this power bank to it’s maximum capacity, it takes more than two days. I don’t think...

      Request you to kindly give me resolutio i m purchased product HP Brand LAPTOP Product Description is  HP Notebook - 15-db1069au Dated 22/05/2020.In Last 6 months many issues coming like Hang and white spots and some functions not working properly..
      Note : Last 6 months visit to croma branch kurla west and meet to Managers but not give me solution ..Manager has told me to call customer care no of hp branch and i m called to hp branch no but no one give response also visit to croma center and hp service center mumbai (Jogeshwari branch) technician saying that to visit croma branch..its not Hp Branch responsibility. Both Reputed Brand not respond properly .Last 6 month going through same situation ..going round and round to both croma & HP Branch.
      Now my laptop warranty END DATE IS 21/5/2021.

            I have purchased a Croma TV and on next day it got stuck on smart tv symbol and turn off.
            Croma replaced my tv but now after 2 yrs warranty is over and I am facing same problem. Thankfully I have onsitego extended warranty.

              I have ordered two TV's with extended warranty on on Croma.com, they have cancelled the TV's citing out of stock, but they refunded me only the TV amount and they did not refunded me the cost paid for extended warranty, but it's very unfair, I have complained quite a time but they did not respond properly and not giving me my refund

                I had purchased two Samsung ACs from Croma store at Porvorim - Goa on .The idea was to give my aging mother and mother in law some respite from the Goa summer.However till this day this has not happened thanks to the lax attitude of the Croma and Samsung executives and technicians.
                One of the ACs did not start at all.The other one did not start initially but after the technician came and "tightened" a nut it has started but the cooling is very poor.We have asked Croma to take back the first AC as it was defective and did not start.After repeated visits to the Croma showroom the matter was escalated and we were provided a number to call by Croma.However the concerned executive is not picking our calls due to reasons unknown .So now we dont know what to do . We continue to sweat and spend our work time chasing Croma and Samsung.
                We bought the ACs from Croma as we had heard good reports of Croma service and are admirers of Ratan Tata.We were getting a marginally better deal at the Reliance Digital mall down the road but decided to go with Croma for the better perceived service.Things looked good initaily but once the problems hit everybody did the disappearing act.
                So here is the deal.I want my AC replaced ASAP.Half the summer is over and we are still sweltering .Croma needs to get its act together and fast.

                      I purchased Pure Ii Copper+Mineral+RO+UV+MF from Croma Jamnagar vide invoice no.SLA[protected] on dated 23.02.2020. 01 year it worked satisfactory. But after 01 year when I changed GKK1 in Feb'21, and then after it started some problems developing and stopped working. I also purchased On-site Go warranty service from Croma. So, I called for repair and they attended the same on dated 08.04.2021. but now after a week time same problem developed and Purifier is not working as on date today 17.04.2021.
                      I paid more than ₹ 20000/- for this purifier looking the brand value of Pure it and special trusting Croma. I'm fully disappointed by the product sold by Croma.
                      I request the Croma team to look into matter positively and request to replace the product, please.

                        I happened to purchase a Samsung refrigerator yesterday (14/04/2021) from Croma, Chandigarh.
                        The fridge was delivered today at my home, however no one ever turned up from the installation team to set up the refrigerator until 6 hours later. Upon calling the Assistant Department Manager at Infiniti Retail Ltd. Sector - 22-B Mr. Chandra Prakash, very negligibly I was told not turn the refrigerator on as the installation team will visit in next 24-48 hours (which ideally should've visited within 2 hours of delivery). On telling him that it's not possible to not use the fridge, very conveniently Mr. Prakash had the audacity to tell me, "It's okay you've been living without a refrigerator for days now, two more won't hurt!"
                        That is not the kind of reply you expect from a customer service executive.

                            I have booked two nos ACs of Croma brand ( one of 2tn and one of 1tn) brand by making advance payment of Rs.5000/- on 21.3.2021 as per copy of document enclosed. At the time of booking, It was told that loyalty bonus of Rs.2000/- on 2tn AC and Rs.1000/- on 1tn AC will be deducted at the time of making final payment. I was also told that Rs.3000/- cash back will be available on HDFC card making payment on Friday, which will be credited within 90 days.

                            However, when i sent someone for final payment of 9.4.2021 (Friday), i surprised to not the cheating done by the store, which is as under:

                            1) In advance invoice dated 21.3.2021, the rate of 2tn AC was Rs.41110.20 whereas at the time of final billing, the have raised amount to Rs.43990/- arbitrarily.
                            2) Only RS.2000/- loyalty bonus was deducted from final billing as against Rs.3000/-
                            3) Only Rs.2000/- instant discount was deducted as against Rs.3000/- which is to credited within 90 days as told to me.

                            The dealing staff name is Shri Imran and his mobile No. is[protected]

                            I am the regular customer of Croma product and using ACs nad many products.

                            I never thought such type of cheatings by a store of repute. I have not yet taken the delivery. I will take delivery only after getting information of needful action from your end.

                              I ordered a Bose soundbar which was delivered today morning on 09/04/2021. However, the same is not working. I called up customer care of Croma and asked them to place a return request. But they asked me to contact the brand ( Bose ) and place a request for technician to check the product.

                              When i called the Bose service center they said i need to contact Croma for my complaint bcoz their service partner has been changed. They said that first visit/installation has to be done by Croma. If still the issue is not resolved than for the second visit the Bose tenhnician will be sent.

                              I again called up Croma customer care and the executive again told me to contact Bose. I told her that i m just running from pillar to post but there is no solution for my query. The executive took a callback which i m yet to receive. The reference number for my call to Croma was SR[protected].

                              Kindly acknowledge my query on high pirioty and take the return request of the product.

                                I have purchased a 1.5 Ton window AC from Croma and it's been only 10 months when the AC is not working. I have raised a request fro service for the AC and executive visited after multiple follow ups and when he visited he told us about AC GAS issue and asked that another executive will visit to repair it. It's been 4 days, I am still following up for the executive visit and every time I got calls from service center stating that What is the issue with AC and other information. In past 4 days I have called 20 times to service center and customer care but no positive response.

                                Now I think I made a big mistake by purchasing Croma product as at the time of purchasing the product, the executive were on high for after slle service of the product but this is first service request I rasied for my under warranty product and having big issue.

                                I have called customer care number, [protected] and calls were received by Fatima and Jyoti on yesterday and today. Also I called service center ( number given by executive who visited home, Dinesh Saini, who was completely failed to close the request and did nothing as a service) [protected], every time they said they will send executive in sometime. And even they did not called about any progress, whenever I called they raise a new request for this service.

                                This is really very frustrating and making me compelled to complain in cosumer forum.

                                    I had a horrible experience with online shopping experience with croma. when i ordered stuff from croma, it said it will be delivered the very next day. I believed it. Eeven after 5 days, when i call the customer support, they will give me the standard answer, it will come today or tommorrow. I stopped calling it now. I am fed up. My Money just went down the drain. Dont ever order online from croma. it does not work at all.

                                      I placed order for dell laptop, according to invoice delivery date is 8th april 2021 but till now not a single mail and message from croma and unable to track my order.
