I am very disappointed with croma service and will be complaining after this on social media my BAD Experience with Croma and also with Consumer forum.
In sept 2020, I purchased VIVO V19 phone from Croma Malad west, next to Dmart, palm court building. Service executive promised Gift card for Rs.1000/- cashback, however said currently do not have one, so let us get the gift card, and we shall call you to come and collect your voucher. Also after that I came again for purchase of one more Vivo phone, on that also, I was informed that you will get Rs.500 gift card and we shall call you got both vouchers together and we will give you. I agreed again.
NOW its been more than 6 months, when I visited Croma, they are denying who commited what was commited, oh.. we do not have the vouchers now.. they again took my number and nothing happened.
CROMA IS A BRAND, BUT I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, SUCH POOR AND FALSE COMMITMENTS.. DEFINETELY PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS AND SHOULD STOP BUYING PRODUCTS FROM CROMA.
I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THIS EXPERIENCE ALL OVER FACEBOOK TWITTER AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
