I bought a new Croma microwave from Elante Chandigarh last week.
Till No:1005; Order Number: SOA[protected], 18 Dec 2022.
At home, when I placed it on the table, it is off balance, not level on the countertop, and rocks back and forth.
When we complaint at customer care, the technician asked us to share the picture and video of the microwave. We have shared the images and video.
Now, they are saying that the product is defective and will be replaced. however, we have to take the microwave ourselves to the showroom from where we had bought the product.
Please note that we bought the microwave from Elante Croma Chandigarh for our house in Shimla. Now the product is in Shimla, and we have to again travel back to Chandigarh to get the product replaced. I am surprised to see such poor customer support from Croma.
First of all, a defective product was sold to us and now we have to pick the product ourselves and get it replaced.
My question is what is the responsibility of the Croma as a BRAND. How can we trust this brand now. Do you think we will go for this brand next time or recommend to others.
I am disappointed to see that the Croma products are being sold without quality checks.
Kindly arrange pick up and replacement or kindly refund my money back.
