Hello Sir/Mam,
This was really very pathetic experience ever I had with any E-commercial Top brand like Croma, which I was not expected.
I would like to bring this in your knowledge that I've purchased a PureIT water purifier in June. And I've to raise return of the same as insufficient product information provided me from Sales Executive (Navneet-[protected]). As I was not able to dispense water during power cut, even after 10L of water stock.

I came to know from other Croma store that PureIT already given option in that Purifier to install an additional Tap to dispense water during power unavailability.

Just because of insufficient information shared with us I've lost Rs 6000 since I'd purchased the above purifier in offers.

While I returned the product to Croma Store Executive Mrs Pranali[protected] given us option of Credit Note or Gift card only to refund of the amount instead of initiating refund in Credit Card that I've used.

Now I'm chasing up with Pranali & Team as I can't avail Credit Card Cashback benefits if I'm using Croma Gift card which I've received.
I've highlighted the same to Pranali. And she is moving me round and round from more than a month by saying "she's raised the same internally, or asked me to reach couple of Croma store to submit the Gift card." Although I asked to help me with delivering same product since I got solution from other Croma sells executive or the initiate refund to my credit card in place of Gift Card.

In between I've lost al Festival Offers. And finally I'm getting above reply from Croma and team they can't help on this.

I was not expected such a poor treatment, first I lost Rs 6000 of Purifier offer, now I can't avail my Credit Card Cashback offers benefits. Also now I'm bound to have this purchase from Croma just because of this Gift Card, even after having such a pathetic experience.

Hence forth I wrote to Croma Grievance Team, (nodal.[protected]@croma.com, grievance.[protected]@croma.com) to drag their attention to this issue, although But no luck.

Please help me with either getting same product, or refund the amount back to my credit card (original payment mode).
I can’t use their given gift card as no use that I’ll be giving business to theses cheater again. I don't want to use Croma Service in future post having pathetic experience.
You're the last hope on this Sir/Mam, Requesting you please take appropriate action on it.

    This is to bring you in Notice that I have purchased an Hp laptop from nearby Croma store on 10/12/2022 and the required model of laptop was not available so we were being told that product will be delivered at your address tomorrow and you may pay today then only it will be delivered.

    On 11/12/2022 around 6pm the product was delivered by croma staff and when i used it for my office work on 12/12/2022 fan was creating lots if noise and started heating as if the battery will burst after 5mins the noise went down at that moment only i was working on teams app.
    I noticed it on 13/12/2022 same sound came and then I contacted the store. On 14/12/2022 i visited the store had a word with staff showed them all the videos which i made when fan noise occured.Then Mr. Anil (croma store executive) told me there is some updation in the laptop which is required and after that everything would be ok.he had putted on some command for updation which went for approx one and a half hour and same sound from fan occured for a minute.

    I asked him to replace the product as he has already checked and seen that there is defect in the laptop and it was in replacement refund window.

    He requested us to use the laptop again as he has fixed the bug and issue will not come.
    and same fan noise issue occured on 15/12/3022 i made a video on that, visited the store. again no resolution was provided sat there was more than 2 hours.I asked him for replacement i dont know what complaint he has registered from his end without my approval.He said product will be given to service centre just for quality as he knows the product is defected so he will put the request of return or refund.

    On 16/12/2022 I visited the store around 11am and had a word with Mr. Aditya and requested him to provide me with conclusion asap because my office and other works are pending then he said we are sending your product to service centre they will check it and we will revert you till 4pm.

    after that at 5pm i visited the store and waited for around one hour he said our manager Ms Ruchi will guide you wherein no resolution was made and she told to wait till monday.

    They are just ignoring the matter i have paid instant amount for that product
    trusting croma as a brand was biggest mistake that I did.
    pathethic staff, worst service

    would request you to help me in this regard.

      I have purchased juicer from croma sector 12 gurgaon and it doesn’t work. I visited the store for exchange there wasn’t any electricity. I asked to do the things manually the store manager itself give me an arrogant answer that “MADAM LIGHT NAHI HAI ABHI KUCH NAHI HO SAKTA” i waited more than 1 hour still there is no any solution of my problem. Services are worst worst and worst

        Respected Sir,

        I have purchased a Samsung washing machine on 10.12.2022 from Croma, store Udaipur model no. WA80BG4545BV/2022 in which 2 years comprehensive and 20 years motor warrantee. The product has been delivered on 11.12.2022 in which only 3 years comprehensive and 10 years motor warrantee. The delivered product is wrong.
        In this regard, I have raised complaint many times [ SR ID: C[protected], SR ID: C[protected], SR ID: C[protected], SR ID: C[protected]] and also talked to the Store Boy Shri Gajendra Ji & Shri Kuldeep Ji but no solution has been given. Kindly give me the solution as soon as possible or cancel the order and raised my refund without any charges.

          I ordered Croma Mixer grinder 500W from Croma Website and it got delivered to me on 21st Nov. (Croma MixerGrndr750WCRSK75WMGA183304)
          Order ID- Y[protected].

          Croma updated the status to delivered after a week.

          There was fitting issue in the product and I raised a return request. It was picked up on 5th Dec by Croma store executive.

          Its been 10 days, Still waiting for the refund. They are just telling that its in progress (Such a sloppy process) but no update at all (No Mails, No calls)

          Amount - 2331/-

          Kindly check on this and resolve this asap.

                  I have purchased aquaguard ro from croma store Ahmedabad on 27/11/2022.my registered number is [protected]
                  The product was defective so I was given on replacement on 4 /12/2022.
                  The replacement product was also defective .
                  which was confirmed by your technician from aquaguard.Now I don't want any replacement kindly refund my money.

                        I placed an order for iphone 14 pro max on 3rd December from website order id[protected] it was showing that your product is ready for pickup when i visit. On my visit for pick of the prder at Your croma store kankariya, your representative answered me that your product is not available with us as its system glitches and we already mentioned it to our higher authority so we cant provide the product because you ordered it online and you have to follow up for availability. we have already refunded your amount and you will get call from croma regarding the same but refund is yet to receive in my account and i haven’t received product also. Even after 3 days I didn’t receive any response from company too. On 4th December I canceled order but the product cancellation is not accepted from their end. After Contacting through various channels and visiting store personally still I didn’t get any help from croma, neither store staff nor contact centre is concerned about customer issue and still my refund was not initiated and not even get any call or mail from there side As i want know who will be responsible for payment of interest on the product price which i have paid already through credit card.

                              My previous organisation gifted me Croma gift vouchers worth Rs 11000 (purchased from Amazon. In) on May 5th 2022 and the same expired on Nov 5th 2022.We were affected due to covid n hence couldn't complete the puchase within the stipulated timeline, we got back to Croma on 18th Nov 2022 requesting if the vouchers could be revalidated. From that day Croma has been taking us round and round with the only intention of misleading us and somehow coming out of a way to pay for the vouchers.Earlier they asked us to reach out to Amazon since the vouchers were purchased from Amazon which was utterly stupid since these were clearly not Amazon vouchers but we still did get a confirmation from Amazon who told us that since the issuing authority is Croma we need to reach out to Croma . I have been reaching out to Croma each day everyday for following for this request (Re: Revalidation of expired gift vouchers(C[protected] and all i have been hearing is that the backend team is working on the issue and will get back, this went on until the past 10 days so i raised the issue to Croma grievance who assured that the case is being looked into but they too came back and informed that the voucher numbers i have shared are not Croma vouchers so as proof i sent them the email which showed that these are actually Croma vouchers and on that Croma found a loophole that the vouchers although Croma vouchers have been issued by a third party GYFTR n hence asked us to reach to them.We had raised a ticket with GYFTR but they had informed that since these are Croma vouchers only they will be able to validate, can you imagine that's going on here . This is kind of service Croma gives to it's customers, they have made us a football n just passing us from one team to another. The gift cards are worth Rs 11, 000 n i m definitely sure Croma will not give it. Pls be careful before purchasing Croma gift cards from any platform n also ensure to inform your employers not to gift Croma gift cards even for corporate gifting as these gift cards are complete.hoax and kind of a money making technique by cheating customers of their hard earned money n efforts. Disappointing company n pathetic customer service

                                I ordered a Eureka Forbes Robot Vaccum cleaner from Croma on 26th November and my order was shipped on 27th of November and everything was going well. 2days back I received a message from blue dart(the courier partner) That my order is being sent back to the shipper as per customer's request. immediately I called the croma helpline number and the croma customer care email service and told them I have received like and they told it may be some glitch and they told that your order is not cancelled and told they will deliver to me as per TAT But yesterday around 12:45 I received a message from croma that your order is cancelled and we will refund Your amount who asked them to refund my amount when the customer have invested their valuable time and money isn't the company responsibility to deliver it I have called multiple times to croma and mailed them multiple times also but still I haven't got any resolution I have attached the images of how many times I have mailed and called to Croma Request a resolution from croma and Request a compensation of ₹10000 for the mental harassment and the time wasted during the course of the period

                                  Purchased an hisense ac from croma on 9th august 2022 on no cost emi and i was informed that my interest will be credited to my credit card within 90 days but it has been 120 days still the interest is not yet credited. Height of irresponsibility from a brand like croma. Not even providing services to its customers and not even bothered to get back to their clients. Total fraud company

                                    I dont know if this real or fake but there is https://croma-1.com/#/register?referrerName=1512158 member where it says u can get 10-20%commission on products.It says 1st u need to purchase the product including the product charges and u will get comission tell me it is scam or real.

                                      I recently was looking for work from home on google from where I got the contact no. +63 [protected] Her name is Thalia she said to pay me 150rs and that is the amount of merchant then it seems the merchant will return me the money as 220rs as my commission I asked them is it a scam or something she said that this is based in abroad and it is Croma the legit company that is giving this opportunity so please reply fast because they are using your and taking money from people who are looking for opportunity

                                        Full Discription:
                                        I Purchased a top loaded Samsung Washing machine from Croma Indore (Vijay nagar) model - WA70BG4545BD on Nov 10, 2022. with (3+12)yr warranty option.

                                        When I received the product on Nov 11, 2022, it is displaying as (3+10) yrs of warranty also the same is displayed in warranty card.
                                        And in the Samsung and Croma website same model showing 3+12 years warranty.
                                        As a consumer I don't have any proof that this machine is 3+12 years of warranty.

                                        I informed the delivery man and he said to connect to showroom, I connected to showroom the salesperson Ravi, he directed me to Abhishek Srivastav, he confirmed to get to me a email proof by Nov 14th, 2022.

                                        On Nov 14, 2022, Abhishek changed statement that he will share me the email proof in 2 working days.
                                        On Nov 16, 2022, I was connected to Yogesh, and he told (anticipating that machine might be already used that we cannot do anything).

                                        After a long discussion with Abhishek, Yogesh, Service team we came to conclusion that Yogesh from Croma will drop a email and i will start using the product and if in 2 working days Abhishek didn't get email they will replace product with correct one. PFA email communications.

                                        I waited for 2 working days but Abhishek forwarded the call and dropped email asking for some more time. I responded to replace with other one to Croma. They started the procedure but i got information on Monday Nov 21, 2022 that they received same product from warehouse and will not deliver to us and wait for email.

                                        Till now I didn't received confirmation email stating the product that i hold have 3+12 yrs nor the machine has been replaced.

                                        Now both Abhishek and Yogesh are not reverting my calls or message.

                                        Request, could you please help me with this either getting a email confirmation from Samsung product team or replace with the product i purchased.

                                        No Action is taken, I received a message that your machine has been replaced but it wasn't, Tata Croma has done IPC 420 act to consumer.

                                        Its been almost a 1 month and same issue till now
                                        Issue not fixed yet, Don't consider it as done. I am still awaiting fix its been complete 1 month and no solution has been provided.
