Croma — Delay in repiare samsung led 43t5350

Respected Sir / Madam,

I purchased a Samsung television from Croma Airport Road Indore outlet on 16.11.2021 and I also took an extended warranty pack for which Croma charged me separately. On the date 25.04.25 when my above mentioned television developed a problem I informed the concerned outlet where the employee gave me a phone number [protected] and told me to lodge the complaint on this number only. I lodged a complaint on this number and I got a message the next morning that Narendra Ji the service engineer will come to your place between 10 am and 2 pm But till now no representative from Croma or service engineer has come.

I am continuously informing them over the phone and asking both of them (Croma and Onsitego) when they will be able to fix the problem but till now no satisfactory answer has been given by both of them.

This is a clear case of customer misrepresentation and deficiency in services.

So please see the matter and do the needful.
