Subject: Unresolved Microwave Service Request and Concerns with Extended Warranty Service

Dear Croma Customer Care Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I have received for my Croma microwave, which is covered under an extended warranty for 3 years. Despite paying extra for this service, I have experienced significant delays and inefficiencies in resolving my service requests.

The details of my issue are as follows:

- Initial service request raised on November 17, 2024, for both AC servicing and microwave repair.
- AC servicing was completed within 48 hours, on 19th November i was told for microwave repair request will take 72-hours.
- On 19th November i received a call for AC servicing is closed for which I gave my confirmation about the resolved case.

- Subsequent follow-up calls 21, and 26, 2024, yielded inconsistent responses, with the request being marked as "closed" without resolution.
- Today, December 4, 2024, I was informed that the request has been closed again, and I need to re-initiate the service request.

These people are playing with the customer money and time.

(i)One QNED TV has booked one LG QNED Mini LED 164cm model 65QNED90T6A(307486) on 08.10.2024 with advance payment in Croma store Asansol of Rs.5000/- and full payment done on 13.10.2024 vide invoice no SLRSI 1243700. TV delivered on 14.10.2024. But during installation on 15.10.2024 about 2.00 PM it is found by the company service representative that table mounted stand is missing in the box. The table mounted stand is required for installation has already been informed to CROMA Asansol and also site visited by CROMA representative and for which the installation is delayed abnormally.
(ii)The advance payment of Rs.5000/- is also not adjusted against the original invoice and after informed to croma center Asansol that it will take some time to refund.
The representative is explained to the customer wrongly before selling and after selling they don't take any action.
Please take necessary action in this regard at the earliest.

30/05: got a reschedule message that the delivery will now be on 03/09

03/09: rescheduled delivery on 05/09

Meanwhile started raising concerns on Twitter and customer care. Apparently they are concerned that I'm dissatisfied and the team is working on it and will revert within 2-3hrs

My crome LED when through a software update and got crashed and it got crashed. After which the TV turns on and off one the power button is pressed. We have logged a complain with the customer service team in 12th July who mentioned the time to resolve the case in 24 to 48 hours. I Purchased a refrigerator from TATA Neu but it was delivered damaged even box was not opened. I complained many times online but I haven't received my refrigerator yet. Even they do not have any communication channel to talk. Now I understand one thing to purchase any product from Croma is a one kind of headache.
