Hi,

I have booked my Washing Machine( which i was really expecting ASAP ), 11th April where tracker is Updating by saying will be delivered 14th April . On 14th April 6:08 Pm i received a message its Out of deliver will be delivered by 9PM On the same day . After few minutes Received 1 more message Delivery has been rescheduled to 17th of April without mentioning any reason .

and there is no proper Tracking...

1. Despite repeated ( four e-mails, repeated tele calls to customer care), no service engineer has reported to the given address.
2. This may be checked by Croma staff themselves; service request number: C[protected].

Recently gave my laptop to get repaired, the repaired parts were faulty as a result I needed to get another service, not only that, they also damaged my battery in the first service, and after informing them about this, they are saying that battery is not covered under warranty as well as because of your use the battery has degraded.
