False commitment and delayed delivery by the Chroma Store, DLF Mall of India, Noida.
While placing the order I was told that my product will be delivered within 2 days but after placing the order and paying the full amount the store is refusing to deliver the product and is extending the delivery date every time. I purchased a 2 ton inverter split AC and the delivery date mentioned on my bill was just one day. The staff told me that the AC will be delivered at most within 2 days. Now they are telling the AC is out of stock and they can’t deliver it and that particular AC is still showing as available on their website.
I have already reached out to their customer support and sent them mail but they are of no help.
I would suggest to not buy any thing from this store as they do not value their customers and give false commitments to them so that they place order.
This store and it’s staff are very unprofessional.
The customer care team is most unresponsive and asking to wait and continues causing delay in delivery. I suspect that this is an internal fraud done by Croma to misuse customers money towards other company investments and must be investigated. Given that it is an urgent household requirement, their fraudulent behaviour is causing harassment and distress. I hope that the consumer complaints forum will work swiftly to resolve the issue and investigate the fraud.
Kindly ensure that my order is delivered timely.
