[Resolved] Croma — Delayed Delivery | |
I ordered Apple Ipad 8 Gen from Croma's online store on the 1st of June 2021. There has been only a single order confirmation email I received saying that the delivery was expected to arrive on 2nd June. No updates after that. The website only tracks till 'Order Shipped' since day one. It's been a week now. Two days ago I had called the Customer Care receiving no specific update, so I emailed my complaint. I received a computer-generated email saying they will contact and update me on the delivery. Just a call asking 'Has the product arrived?' I am planning to cancel my order if there's no reply until tomorrow.
