In month of October'20, I purchased Bosch washing machine from NewTown, Croma Store (Chinar Park). Sale executive specifically told me Band promotion of 3000/- in form of ruepay card monthly 500/- for 6 months band refund will be available from Bosch. Believing him, I purchased the Washing Machine from the store instead of purchasing the same from Amazon/Flipkart, where cheaper price was available with HDFC card. NOW I am hearing I am not...

Washing machine is under warranty. The drain valve remains open so machine does not go to next step. I had registered complaint about 6 months back but due to COVID situation it was not attended. But after lockdown they could have attended.
I registered same complaint again on 5th Jan2021 but still it is not getting resolved. I am following up but they keep telling me tomorrow technician will come. I am not able to use the washing...

I made a transaction of 49990/- on 12th January in croma store and the store reverted the transaction because they made a mistake and there was a misunderstanding about the product.
They said I will get the refund within 24 hours but kts almost 2 days and i haven't received my amount back.

I have called my bank and they said there is no refund initiated.

Please help me with this issue....

AC cooling not working properly....

Bought nokia 7.2 during july/Sept 2020.
Phone worked fine for few months but problem with camera and apps started showing up.
