I would like to inform you that, I have purchase O- general AC from CROMA in the name o[censored]M khona & Company ( with registered mobile number-[protected], which was installed by Global Aircon Air Conditioning, SION last year in the month of January. However, I have not been provided a single free service in the warranty period and upon contact it was informed that since they dont have record of Installation they cannot provided the free service.

I am raising this complaint to croma trusting they care about their customer and would help me in this regards to eventually provide the free service applicable in warranty period.

Looking forward to resolution of the complaint at the earliest

    Address: CGD1-403, SUPERTECH CAPE TOWN, SECTOR-74, NOIDA

    A package containing croma 1.5 t portable AC was received by me on 22.05.21 but we found it in damaged condition. Complaint for the return was lodged on the same day in customer care as well as return email address. It suppose to be taken back in 6 days max. After repeated follow up it is still not picked up and we are suffering in hot summer even after purchase of an ac. Very poor customer service as no information other than lodging complaint is available with them.

        I bought a Hitachi AC which was priced at MRP of 60500 and offered with a discount at 43900 with another 1500 discount which was not applied and I was charged 43900. On receipt of the product I found a MRP of 42300 so essentially Croma has aold the product above the MRP besides a Varince of 18200 i
        the quoted and actual MRP. Best part is the call center doesnt responsd and keeps me on hold and emails are not working. I KNOW THE FACT THAT I WILL HAVE TO FILE A CASE to get back my money but SURELY THIS WILL HAVE SOME DENT ON THE REPUTATION OF CROMA...i leave it to you which you want this to go.

          I had ordered iPad from Croma website on 22nd May. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th. Today is 29th, still no clue of the product. It was prepaid order, the payment has been deducted. I have called them numerous times, all they say is they will call me within 24 hours. Some said invoice has not been generated. Totally frustrated. I forwarded them the order confirmation I got. Also tagged them on twitter, still no proper response.

            I have had a horrible experience shopping on Croma. Never before have I seen such crippled backend system and with an even worse customer care team.

            I placed the cancellation request for a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE on 14 of May, just a few hours after placing the order. I never thought it would be such a nightmare get an order cancelled.

            These are my details:
            Invoice No: SLE047EC1728658 (Invoice attached)

            Product: Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (Cloud Navy)
            Amount: 47, 999 (Paid through Credit Card and Vouchers)
            Order Placed: 14th May 2021
            Cancellation Request Placed on: 14th of May 2021 (same day)
            Date or writing this complaint: 29th May 2021

            I'm mentally exhausted by now. The customer care is so useless, that I literally have no words. Whenever I call the customer care, I get the same response that you'll hear back from us in 24 hrs. But I'm yet to receive that call. I gave them 2 alternate numbers to get in touch with me. But, nope. Still waiting for them to call me back.

            As a customer, never have I felt so helpless. This is a big amount for me and I intended it to be a gift for someone. Now, I have to pay the credit card bill for the product that I never even received. How is this fair?

            I hope this complaint reaches the right person. I'm attaching the bill as well. Plese expedite the process. No company who wants to be in business would make its customer wait any more than 7 days for a refund.

            Also, you really need to work on your communication. I have to constantly get in touch with the customer care team, when it should be the other way around. It's your job to provide the customer with the necessary updates regarding his request. Besides, contacting the customer care is never useful. I always receive false promises.

            I request you, for the love of god to please give me a specific update regarding the refund. Has it been processed or not? When will I get my money back?

            This is case of mental harrasment and extremely unethical. A simple cancellation is taking a month.

              Hi

              I have purchased To link router product on 20th May and I was informed that it will be delivered by 27th May.
              Till now no tracking ID or call received from croma end.
              And product was not yet delivered to me.

              When I called to customer service they were saying you will get the product today but I don't see any of such sign.

              Even they don't know if it is shipped or not.

              Such a pathetic service they are providing.

              Really worst experience they are providing to me and these are the great values at Tata enterprise.

              And I called to customer service after 5pm on 27th May then they said it can't be delivered today so they will raise call back request from team.

              I don't understand if you are unable to deliver the product then why don't they rise this request before when I called them.

              It's been 7 days I am waiting for the product and you simply waste customer time.

              I have ordered the product for my office work it is so disappointing to see this kind of services.

              Nothing they made every thing late. Finally I received my refund after 30 to 40 calls from my side. No one called me on this issue. If we have ASBA in place for IPO to avoid the unethical interest earnings. Why we don't have any mechanism for e-commerce websites.

              It's a public robbery.
              No resolution yet, again made a call to customer care.

              Probably their basic qualification to their job is to tell this effectively.

                This is to bring to your attention that I had ordered a HP Laptop on 22nd May 2021 from INFINITI RETAIL LIMITED TRADING AS CROMA and as per the website the delivery date was 24th May 2021 through express delivery.It has been 5 days since I have not received my delivery. They had promised express delivery.Have called customer care plenty of times but they are not able to resolve the issue. They say that your issue will be resolved in 24 hrs and Croma will connect with you but nobody has called me till now regarding my product delivery.This is very unprofessional behaviour on there part and my work is stuck due to this.I have purchased several products from Croma(offline) never had faced such a harrowing experience.It feels like they have no regard for there customers.The customer care executives are only raising tickets without any regard whether the issue is being resolved or not.To put it simply “They don’t care”.

                The logistics parter “Delhivery” is as pathetic as the CC. As per my knowledge the parcel had been received in Greater Thane on 24th May and from that date no action has been taken.

                I would like to expedite the process and deliver me my laptop.

                    I ordered LG 1.5 Ton AC from croma on 18th may and delivery was expected on 24 th may. Delivery wasn't made and even there weren't any updates regarding when will it be delivered.

                    Customer care keep on repeating we will call you back with updates but no one did. And still i don't know about my product that when will it be delivered. Why croma can't keep a track on their product delivery system?

                      Order is not cancelled after so many emails and calls

                      Hi,

                      On 23 may i have place an order on croma and same day i have raised a request to cancel the same order. I have been told that it will cancel and team has raised a request to cancel the order but i have not received any confirmation. So next day i mailed again and asked same thing they again confirmed they escalated this and order will cancle and i will get confirmation in 24 hours. Again i did not received any confirmation....

                      Hi,

                      On 23 may i have place an order on croma and same day i have raised a request to cancel the same order. So next day i mailed again and asked same thing they again confirmed they escalated this and order will cancle and i will get confirmation in 24 hours. Again i did not received any confirmation. And now today after 4-5 calls and 3 mails i got a message from blue dart that my order has been shipped and will be delivered by 27. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. This is the order no[protected] and this is my complaint or escalation no - SR[protected]. Every time they assure me order will not dispatch and it will canceled but now today i got this dispatch message from blue dart. I don’t want this order and i want to cancel it right now and make a refund.
                      Unbelievable service from croma really pathetic cx experience i have experienced.

                        Placed an order for a product on their official website on April 27 20201. Till date, it is not delivered and the customer care service has not helped in providing any support or solution.

                        On being asked about the status of product delivery, they state they don't have any record of the product. And yet I have a confirmation email of the same product.

                        All this from an established brand called Croma, is absolutely disgusting.

                              Hello
                              I ordered a samsung tv on 15th may 2021 through online . And the delivery was 17th may wrongly committed. Not even a single call or email sent to me regarding the delay of delivery. I had called couple of times to CCE and asked to cancel the order .they say my money will refund only after 7 to 10days . Why should I suffer for tour wrong commitments. Pls if Any one can help me in refund of my money back . Very bad customer service.
                              I will never buy anything for croma henceforth. COD not available .
                              Now I have no idea of my money.
                              Folks pls think twice to order online with croma .

                                  I have received a fake job offer letter on May13, 2021 stating that I have to fill and send a registration form and after that the HR will inform me about the registration fees and soon after 2 days I have to attend a face-to-face interview at company office or through online via zoom/skype/google meet.
