[Resolved] Croma — delivery complaint | |||
Dear croma, Please note my number [protected]. Against this number i booked a lg tv few days before. I called the customer care and requested to deliver the item on 1st nov. 2018 as on 31st i would be traveling. To my surprise the delivery boy came to my house yesterday i. E. 31st oct 2018 at 11:00 pm and called my multiple times. I really want to make a note that this is a clear security threat to any potential customer. This late night delivery is not allowed and i strictly condemn this kind of behaviour from croma. As i was traveling i had to make call to my neighbour and request him for the acceptance of the item. But this totally unprofessional from your side. Also, please tell me how come the item price showing is 28000/- and after applying third coupan the price showing is 35000/- approx.
