[Resolved]  Croma — delivery not done on time.

Dear sir/mam

Warm greeting of the day!!!
As per my subject, i did not got my product which i purchase on dt[protected] by doing online payment. I did payment in croma store in front of one sales person of croma. Next morning i got call from the delivery boy to deliver product i told please deliver in evening 4 pm because in afternoon i will be office so in evening i will take leave for 3hrs for receiving the product. I called him at 4 pm after reaching to home he told sir i can't deliver today due to some problem i will deliver this tomorrow by evening i said ok,. Next day again i came early by taking leave from office to home for receiving the product but that day no one called me for the product, i called them on that number by which they called me yesterday but that number is not switch off.
I called to customer care they told me by today they will deliver the product at the end of the day, i told to customer care person please deliver this product today it self because from tomorrow i will be out of station for 3 days, he replied that today it will be deliver but i did not get.
Next morning on 1 december i got call for delivering of product i told i am out of station for 3 days please deliver me on monday by 4 pm.
On monday 4th december near about 9:30 am i got call on my number for delivery of product i told please deliver toady by 4pm he told ok.
Today also i took leave from office for receiving the product but toady also they did not called me still 4pm, i called the number which called me in morning he told that i already send your product for deliver he will contact you or you can contact him,
I called him for delivery he told that i called you and you told me do not deliver today but i did not got any call from any one for delivery of product in evening.
Again i called to person who called me in morning, he told sir today it is not possible for deliver so i will deliver by tomorrow "now you tell me that how many days i will take leave for receiving of one product"
Again i called to customer care he told sir today by evening end of the day you will receive your product but i didn't got.

Tomorrow i will do online complain to consumer forum for wasting of my time, money and not delivering of my own pursed product which i paid money on 28 of november.
