I have given one complaint to repair microwave oven 6-7 days ago. I am not getting the service from croma. Every time i am calling customer service they are assuring to get it addressed in 24 hour. But that 24 hours never comes for croma. I was never expected such a pathetic service from croma. They don't even bother to provide an update on the complain. I request through this forum to take action against this pathetic customers service and get my complain addressed asap.

    Dear sir,

    We purchased samsung j7 prime with invoice number sla[protected] on 2.10.2017 from gurgaon-sector 29-a120, ground first & basement of sco no-3 store. They delivered the defective product in which back button was not working from the very first day. We went to store on with the complaint of mobile but the store manager mr. Manoj completely denied to attend the complaint & misbehaved with us. The defetive mobile should be replaced but they completely denied to replace & clearly said that there is no problem in mobile. Mr. Manoj misbehaved with us & clearly said that there is no problem in mobile. Mr. Manoj said please go from here & used abusive language with us. We asked him to show his i card but he completely denied to show. We asked him to give the mobile number of senior & he completely denied to give. We asked him to show the escalation matrix but he denied to show. Despite several times our request, he gave the number of mr mukul & ruchi gupta. Mr manoj also misguided them. Mr mukul & ruchi gupta also denied to replace the defective mobile. Mr mukul & ruchi gupta also misguided us on telephonic conversation on mobile & clearly said that she will not replace the defective mobile sold by croma. We sat there from 7:00 pm to 11: 30 pm & they did not give us any resolution. Mr manoj keep on misbehaving with me, with my wife & with my sister.
    Mr. Manoj told us to go from the store otherwise he will forcefully put us out. He told that he not opened the shop for charity. We were at store till 11:30 pm but he then cleverly told us that mobile phone will be replaced by one week.

    Mr. Manoj misbehaved with us & has broken our belief on croma. We spent 14900 rs on mobile & croma sold us the defective mobile. On our request to replace, they misbehaved with us, argued with us more than 4 hours, made us to sit more than 4 hours in your store & did not replace our mobile.

    You are kindly requested to replace the mobile as defective mobile sold by you otherwise this matter will be escalated to higher management.

      This is regarding my new croma led 48inch purchased before 8 months with 2 years extended warranty. After eight months, the led whole section (Led stand, sockets) is generating current. I had filed a complaint with the service center, and after verifying by the technician, he suggested to change the motherboard. Now it's very frustrating for me. This is my humble request to you, please replace the led not the major part of the led as it's only 8 months old.

        We recently bought a new croma ac (Aug2017- nerul, navi mumbai store) and also purchased two years extended warranty for it. After about two-three days of working its stopped cooling. I had filed a complaint with the service center, and in the first instance they did not even register my complaint. After many calls and requests a technician (Vinod) was sent to check what is the issue. The technician was very rude and also unsure of what the problem was. He assured that it will be repaired in a few days time, but later we did not get any response from them.
        Again after repeated callings, another technican was sent after 10 days (Pawan yadav) to fill the gas. (Leakage issue).
        It worked for two days, and same problem came up. It has been 20days since then, but still customer support is not helping and they closed by complaint number without even solving the issue.
        I am tired of calling the service center and hence if not resolved within the next 2 days i will be going to the consumer court.

          Hello croma,

          "please help an humble request"

          My name is pranav, who purchased huawei nexus 6p 64 gb silver phone from your outlet paying almost 43, 000 rupees which is still on emi.

          As i used this phone for a year and latter now such an expensive phone got into (Boot loop issue) which is google's internal software issue, majorly occurs on nexus 6p devices all over d world (Many videos available on youtube) it's a (Manufacturing defect or fake quality parts imputed to fool customer)

          I am an fully dissatisfied customer, as it's been nearly a month, i submitted my phone in croma store (Phonix market city, banglore) & got an update stating it's with huawei service center indranagar.

          Issues, i faced given below :-

          1) croma arranged a call form indranagar service centre and they said i need to pay 25, 000 rs for service charge out of no where, even though my phone was working & it's in mint condition.

          2) latter croma arranged call with huawei customer service center & we logged a complaint # 39200851 discussing issue for more than 3 hours.

          3) every alternate day me as a customer calling service center for update latter they bargain price for 18, 000rs by (Ajay) & latter huawei sr. Manager (Rakesh) bargaining for 16, 000 rs final to fix there software issue.

          4) when i said i don't want to pay as it's not my fault & it's there internal software issue, then till now no response from the brand " huawei " till date after multiple calls.

          I'm pissed off with this # brand a worst service ever - (Never ever buy this phone, as a they take money to fool customer a feedback)

          Action item i want on this :-

          1. Remains no trust on the phone, please return my (Money back)

          2. I'm worried if the phone got repaired also it might not sustain for 2 month due to poor quality.

          3. Not sure if the phone got replaced by chance, with new 1 will be geniun of fake.

          Hence croma, please assist me with this issue as i'm an regular customer of your store and have complete trust on you (Do not break my trust on u) and provide satisfying solution... As i'm still paying my emi for this # phone.

          Please, please, please, please provide an solution or get an update if it's not happening. (I will file a case in consumer forum court as fraud).

            I recently bought a new sony alpha 68k from "croma woodys jayanagar 9th block". Its just been a few days since i got the product from the store. I got the dslr for photoshoots and thankfully i have not taken the sony alpha 68 to any shoots as the camera all of a sudden hangs while trying to focus and doesnt work unless i restart the camera.

            Even while buying the camera i had a very unpleasant experience with sales persons in the store. They chaeating people by giving us fake products.

            Please take this into consideration and lawfull actions against the same.

              Dear ma'am/sir,
              Please be requested that bought ipad at from croma igi t3 departure.1st july 6, 2017 2017 when reached my destination found it’s not getting charge and inform them same but unfortunately they advise me to bring ipad to croma shop i did same during my next visit ;and they direct me to go to apple service center when i went to service center they told me it's not under warranty i inform croma about that they said they will fix issue soonest as i was on short leave required me to back out of india drop ipad at t3 dep croma to fix it. Later when i follow up their response was negative. Kindly register my complaint and take necessary action.

                Croma at kormangala location, i purchased the iphone 8 on 30th sep 2017 invoice no sla[protected], but a closer inspection at home revealed some kind of dust on the rear camera, initially thought it could be due to reflection, but realized there is something wrong and visited the store the next day 11pm at opening hours but the csd members needed the sales person to confirm and waited an hour and got confirmation from the sales person too that it is a manufacturer defect. However the csd members told me to handover the device to them for service engineers' confirmation and told to come back on 4th oct 2017, but not confirming if they would give me a fresh piece, as they should be since it is manufacturer defect.

                    I had purchased an acer 15 f5-573g 7gi5 8gb4x 2tb+off laptop from croma gurgaon in last month (Sunday, 06-august -2017) and i had been informed by sales executive that this laptop is croma exclusive having some great features. But from the first day, i am facing so many problems like hangging system, heat problem, bettery backup. From first day this laptop start teasing me. After 6 days i visit croma and complaint about this but they ignore me and give a stupid solution that you should update your os. I came back and did as they suggest but problem not solved and also a new problem created. I again asked him to take back this and give me another brand but they denied and suggest me to resell at cost around 30000/- that will be decided by dealer. Now i am feeling helpless
                    I had been cheated by the croma. I cannot reinvest in buying a new laptop for my heavy usage.
                    I need you to take this laptop back and refund back my money as croma had provided me he wrong product.

                    No one replying. My work is still pending. My 60000 rs gone waste. No one is understand my problem.
                    Please suggest me and help me.
                    CROMA is such a fraud store where salesmen make fool us.
                    please do something and help me to refund my money or replace this product with HP /DELL with same configuration.

                      I had purchased an acer laptop from croma in dec 2016 and i had been informed by sales executive that laptop is having 4 memory slots so that in future you can upgrade the ram. Recently i was planning to upgrade the ram from 4gb to 16gb (4gbx4 slot). While planning this i came to know that there are only 2 slots there in laptop and not 4.
                      Which clearly shows that due to lack of technically knowledge the sales person had recommend me the wrong laptop.
                      I had been cheated by the croma. I cannot reinvest in buying a new laptop for my heavy usage.
                      I need you to take this laptop back and refund back my money as croma had provided me he wrong product.

                        Purchased vouchers worth 23k from the croma store, himalaya mall, ahmedabad on 23/05/2014. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, we did not get the opportunity to avail the vouchers in time. Now, the store owners deny it's validity. Extremely disappointed, as they deny our own money's worth now! This is unprofessional and illogical, as the vouchers are not free gifts from your company, but purchased from our hard earned money. Moreover, we have been your loyal customers, this is not the treatment and treason we deserve. Hope my complaint is resolved soon.

                          Dear sir,
                          We bought a fitbit flex 2 on line from tata croma, on delivery, (August 31, 2017) itself we found deficiency in the product. We immediately called up customer care and lodged the complaint however after few days they close the compliant and sent me a mil that the issue has been resolved. I once again lodged a complaint but every time we call they assured to call back within 24 hours. This is a ever ending process. They are calling and we are waiting ever since. A lousy company with lousy customer care i would say. Finally i have decide to solace myself by thinking that i made a donation of rs. 10, 000/- to tatas... Friends please avoid this stores run by lousy set of people. I am deeply anguished not for the money that i lost but deeply hurt they way they treat you.

                              I bought a split ac (Croma make) last year and the poor quality of installation services were provided. However, i didnt complaint in first go that their service engineers even took my hand tools (Hammer, plier etc) with them.

                              On 9th july i raised a complaint about no cooling and that water dipping has spoilt my wooden floor. The engineer came and i don't know what did he do, water was still dipping in and the cooling issue was not resolved.

                              For 2 months i was travelling, i came back and saw the same situation and raised the complaint with twitter id (On 11 sep) @cromaretail, i was promised that complaints would be resolved within few hours. Their engineers came again and said that installation was not proper, they have fixed the water dipping issue as it was due to no-insulation tape on gas pipe.

                              For cooling issue they said that earlier engineer has damaged the pipe and hence r22 gas leaked again. The support person said it would be handled on the chargeable basis only. Even their customer support executives on the phone were not supporting and just demanded money.

                              I really need to know whether it was my mistake to buy the locally made product, and ignoring the servicing part? It is a shameful state, on 11 sept i was told that by 12 sep noon, my issues were resolved. Now i get a message that i need to call their one of the executives, who never picks the phone. And that service engineer is on the way to my home (Without even notifying me) and that their executive will tell me about the charges involved.

                              What sort of dreamland, this company is living in? Do they think they can just reap out money without providing the right product and services in the first go?

                              I wish a stricter action to be taken.in case i need to send this complaint to somewhere else as well, please do let me know.

                                Hi,

                                I have a raised a complaint 14 days back, regarding my panasonic led tv. I have taken extended warranty from croma. A technician had come and told panel needs to be replaced. When enquired after that, i am informed panel is not in stock. Post there is no update. When called on customer care, they says will enquire and update, but since each time a new guy is picking up the call, everyone is just escaping saying the same thing. I have made numerous number of calls to your customer care by this time and no help is provided. Pathetic services croma. Can you please provide a solution?

                                  I feel sad to say that croma doesn't care for its customer. I had ordered a skullcandy uprock chelsea headphone (Blue)
                                  (Order no[protected] but it seems the store does not have the stock, than why the hell you people mention that its available and will deliver on a specific date and charging me rs 99/- for the the delivery. I have transferred the amount in cad$ and the amount has not been reversed. This is very bad thing to to say that the customers are fooled through digital marketing by croma.

                                  I have not received any reply nor my amount back from croma.

                                  I have purchase an laptop on10.08.2017 from croma store from lower parel, phnoix mill compound, it has an problem on led display and its display is not working properly, so i want it to be replaced and new one should be given.please look at this complain properly and it's my request to be replaced an New one laptop.

                                    I purchased blue star 1.5ton window ac from prabhadevi on 31st march 2017 and installed on 2ndapril 2017, it developed a fault on 19th may2017, it was diagonised that gas needs to be refilled it was rectified and installed again on 25th may 2017. Now it developed the same problem (No cooling) on 7th sept 2017. As per the technician the gas needs to be refilled again. This time i want the unit to be replaced as it was not done at the first instance only.

                                      My first complain i had register was on 27th, it says the technician will visit within 3 days it's been a week no one had shown up, i had complain 3 times about it but till now no action has taken. It's not first time i had faced this problem every time i had a same experience. I hope with this letter there might b little changes in your services in future.

                                        Dear ma'am/sir, this is regarding ipad i bought at igi t3 departure croma shop on 1st of july 2017.
                                        1. After reaching my destination found ipad they sold is faulty.
                                        2. I send them e mail informing that item is faulty not working.
                                        3. They respond my e mail and advise me to bring at their croma shop ; it was not possible as i was out of india and require me to wait untill my next visit to india.
                                        4. August 16th 2017 i went to croma domestic departure delhi with documents e mail and bill ; they advise me to go to apple service center.
                                        5. I went to dehradun apple service center ;they told me that item is out of warranty same i informed to croma how it can be ; and they called me couple of time to saying that they fixing issue, even until i left india. They advise me to take item to igi t3 dep to get solution ;when i reached didnt find manager as i was told you will get...
                                        Now they started that item was discounted there is no warranty.
                                        Kindly help me to get repair/replace as i have not used it single since i bought.
