[Resolved]  Croma — Demo/Installation not done

Ordered Samsung LED 138CM 55LS03AA QLED on 9 Feb 2022 in Croma online and received it on 10 Feb 2022. Till today we didn't receive any updates about the installation. When asked in Croma stores, they are giving reasons like we didn't pick up the call where we didn't even receive any calls. When contacted the online customer service, they just register the complaint and asked us to wait for 2 to 3 days where it is already been 4 days.

Moreover, the installation request should be raised by Croma itself, the customer doesn't have to call the customer service 100 times for this. After 4 to 5 days of delivery, Croma's online customer care executive is registering the complaint. But no message has been received for brand installation. We request the Croma online/retail store to install the product early as possible.
