I had purchased one plus nord ce 5G from Croma on 5/10/21, on 12/12/21 my mobile suddenly stopped working, screen was black out, next day went to croma store, showed them mobile n submitted it in service department in Croma on 13/12/21, it’s 22nd of dec now, still they didn’t give my mobile back, most of the times I’m unable to connect them . They were not updating me about mobile on time to time for which I had to call Croma customer support and after filing the complaint I used to get call from Croma service where I had given my mobile . My mobile is repair on 15th itself, but still because of inefficiency of Croma I am not able to get my mobile, on Saturday croma employee told maam u ll get mobile by this evening or Tom.. I was waiting, , , it’s 22nd now and still I haven’t get my mobile . Croma is a big firm despite of that the service they are giving is pathetic, staff is not cooperative. Mobile is repair still they are not handing me my mobile . Please report this issue
