My order no is SOA[protected]...My dad has ordered mentioned productsin order no on March 14th 2024 from Croma ...he paid in cash n croma people gave us invoice ...out of that order we ask to deliver chimney only as as it was required but due to contractor pending work we are not facing some legal issues and we r requesting to chroma to cancel the order but they are not entertaining us ...if the other products are not delivered yet then I have right to cancel the order n we asked for same but no one is entertaining us ..it cost is around 2 lacs .this is really pathetic n worst experience Was this information helpful? Apr 11, 2024 Updated by Ashwiniharyan08 Still there is no update this..still croma people are delaying for doing cancellation..kindly look into this matter ...unnecessarily our huge amount in lacs is locked ..it's been more than 15 days when we requested them to cancel..previously they told it is not possible .last week after registering complaint they asked to wait for 5 more days ..very unprofessional bwhavious is this Apr 14, 2024 Updated by Ashwiniharyan08 Still croma people are not giving our money ...if we have not taken delivery and since last more than 3 weeks we are asking them to cancel order due to some personal issue still they are not cancelling it n just delaying it ...how you can keep our money with you if we have not taken delivery of products ...how many we times we have to say toy to cancel the order
