I have bought a television from Croma Moti Nagar Outlet, but it is not working properly. Regarding the same, I have a complaint the same day for screen flickering in outlet. After that, the technician visited and checked the television and he was given a resolution that it was an untested product that would be replaced. So still, this product has not changed.
Dear team, I will not keep this untested product, which needs repair in the initial days, so please return the product ASAP.
I have raised the complaint, but without any resolution, it has been closed. Why?
