Croma — E-gift card expired, Need to renew due to Covid situations

Hello,

I had 2 Croma e-gift cards worth 5000 each, total 10000 Rupees and both the e-gift cards expired recently on 17th April.
I was unable to redeem both the gift cards since last year due to Covid / lockdown situations last year. Also, many for months the Croma shops were also closed so I was unable to decide on purchasing or using the gift cards.
Request to conisder the Covid situations last year and please renew both the gift cards and extend validity for both.
