I purchased one Faber Cooktop ONYX3BB BK CI from Croma Dwarka Sector 12 New Delhi. At the outset the sales representative informed that the company official will install it within 48 hours after delivery i.e. on[protected].
We lodged a complaint yesterday i.e. on[protected] and came to know that Sales Representative did update the request for installation. However, on call the complaint/request was registered yesterday.

Unfortunately and very pathetically, I received a message for cancellation of request/order at my request, whereas, we are waiting company representative for demo and installation.

As such, I request you to appropriately counsel the sales representative of Croma Sector 12 New Delhi and also look into the matter to ensure immediate installation and demo of Faber Cooktop.
